First time ever going to hydration room. I was running late by about 10 minutes and was very worried they would cancel my appointment but they did not and were very understanding about me being late and still allowed me to do the treatment. I feel amazing after the treatment. My headache finally is gone. I would highly recommend using them again.

I just wanted to share my experience at Hydration Room this morning. I arrived at 22:50 and needed two bags of fluid because I was very dehydrated. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, even sacrificing their lunch start time to ensure I received the two bags that I needed. I really appreciate their dedication and think they should be recognized for their awesome service!!

I came in on a Tuesday Neza was in front and Lily was the IV nurse. They made everything so easy and had amazing bedside manner. Beyond helpful and you can tell they genuinely care about you. Rare anywhere !! Also, the room was cool on a hot day with TV on mute and 70s pop rock playing low. Totally relaxing , calming , a break from the daily insanity of my work and lack of nutritional self care. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

I came in a 5 days after having a terrible stomach flu. I spoke with the nurse Brenna and the amazing woman at the front desk. They were so helpful and when I requested something I thought I really needed she told me that day was not a good day for that specific injection. I went back 3 days later and got hooked up. I give this place the Boston Billy”fougetaboutit” it was so great. They even gave me a blanket when I was cold.

Hydration Room Seal Beach is amazing. I had the most wonderful experience and the nurse, Lily was phenomenal. I was in and out of there feeling refreshed, energized all within an hour. Will be defiantly be coming back.

Very courteous, attentive, and professional staff. Just bring a warm blanket if you get cold with IVs, the blankets they have might not be warm enough.

I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist Neza was very helpful and greeted me with a smile. She was able to help me figure what package would benefit me. Brenna was the nurse on duty and she was theee best. She took care of any questions or concerns I had and put me on the right track. Customer service was superb. I highly recommend going here.
