My husband and I have been customers here since 2014. The Hydropool tubs are beautiful, and the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Last week, we took delivery of our second hot tub (replacing and downsizing from a larger, leaking tub), and the whole experience was great from start to finish. In- store staff were helpful and gave us a great deal, and the delivery team members were friendly, professional, and efficient. I'd particularly like to congratulate Freddy on being so outstanding with his customer service: he basically knows everything, and has been graciously fielding all of my follow up questions as I get the new tub up and running. Thank you for your stellar service!!

We went in after picking up a part from another parts supplier near by for our tub, to just look at what a new hot tub costs outside of the ridiculous pandemic pricing. We were directed to Cohen whom I expressed I was not interested in purchasing but just window shopping to see where the prices were. He gave us such a great overview over what's available, the features and build quality of their tubs manufactured in Canada that I just had to share the positive experience. Where do I begin, I bought my first tub in 2017 and it was an amazing experience. I recently bought a new tub and received not just the same amazing service but even better than before! The delivery guys were great, making sure the tub was placed where we wanted it and taking the packaging with them! The staff of Hydropool London went above and beyond. Thank you again for the great tub and service!

We purchased our swim spa during COVID. There were a few concerns that we came to a mutual agreement with our salesperson ( who is no longer employed at California Pool and Spa) and he assured us would be looked after before taking delivery of the tub. The swim spa was at California Pool and Spa for 4 months before being delivered to our home. There was ample time to repair the minor concerns that we had with the tub. Fast forward to the present after numerous phone calls, emails and being passed along to various different people and service centres none of our concerns were ever addressed and of course our swim spa is now recently out of warranty. I have given up and have lost the fight in me to contact this establishment any further. Shame on us for taking delivery without the concerns being addressed that we were promised. I too work in the customer service industry , I would never dream of falsely promising things to customers and never following through. This was a huge investment for us and thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service received after taking our money.

My husband and I bought our first hot tub from Hydropool and had the best experience. Rennie has been extremely helpful from explaining the differences between the hot tubs to setting us up with all the supplies we needed. He even came to the house to further explain how to use the chemicals and go over the details of the tub. The people at Hydro Pool are always available to help, never make you feel rushed, and are generous with throwing in extra gifts! We are very happy with our purchase and love the therapeutic massage. Overall a fantastic experience...thank you Hydropool!

Highly do not recommend. Bought a hot tub in Oct and we are still having issues. First they tried to give me last year model for the same price but when it came it was dented so the manager did fix that situation and sent us a new tub. Which was done but the new tub some of the lights do not work. Not a big deal but obviously wanted fixed. I have emailed,text and called the store and left messages since Dec 11 and have been ignored. The other guy at the store seems great but do not buy from the manager Mellisa. She will tell you things but will not follow through and will just ignore you hoping that you just go away. Look elsewhere

Rich ? has been such a pleasure to work with. We have been enjoying our hot tub for 4 months now. Rich has been so quick to respond to the many questions we have asked. He has accommodated our every request. We were sold on another hot tub prior to entering California Spa, upon talking to Rich our minds were changed. He is very knowledgeable and was successful in getting us everything we wanted for a fantastic price. I cannot begin to explain the fantastic service we have received from this company. Even the delivery was quick and easy. The delivery guys were extremely friendly and entertained our kids million questions with each step they took to get the hot tub setup. California Spa team, Rich especially, keep up the fantastic work. It truly has been a pleasure!
