I arrived to my 5pm appointment and was not attended until 5:20pm. The service was ok, but what really made me confused was the mandatory tip amount. I had purchased a couple massage for me and my girlfriend and it was $124, after the service all the employees looked at me and asked for the tip. My opinion is a tip shouldn’t be mandatory instead if you want to give a tip then go right ahead. This was my first time going. I had paid for it already online and didn’t know I had to pay 15-20 dollars in tips. They basically made me feel like if i didn’t pay the tip for me and my girlfriend they were gonna hold me there until i paid. That experience left a bad taste for me and my girlfriend. Why not just add the tip amount already in the purchase instead of SURPRISING people at the end of the service. It’s the least they can do, we will not be returning.

First time: I got a 30 minute chair massage for $40 by Susan. Man oh man. If you like it hard and deep (like me) she's your woman! She got in deep and worked all my knots. I think next time a full back massage on a bed with Susan will be my next try. I went in in pain and sore, so I will see how I feel in a few days. (I will say, only negative is the chair is pretty uncomfortable. The bar was in my neck and my chin, she adjusted it multiple times to make it better, but it disnt work. So if that could be upgraded, that would be my only complaint.)

Wife and I went to get a couples massage, thinking we would be in the same room. No, we had our own separate rooms and had a man massage her and a woman massage me. I’ve had massages before by someone who had schooling, and never did they ever dig their elbow into me. I did not come out feeling better. I felt like I paid to get a beat down. They also expect you to tip a certain amount. If you want the same type of massage go to Fresno or Modesto mall.

It was relaxing only after I asked for light massage. I had to ask a few times. I do not think she understood snd she kept pressing harder. I think she thought I wanted more pressure. It was so painful. Once I said ouch, ouch.. pressure was adjusted, it was so relaxing and I enjoyed my massage.

I’ve had quite a few massages from here. All have been above average. But yesterday I got a massage from Lucy and it was quite honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. Definitely found my new masseuse and excited that such high level of skill is here in Merced.
