This is the most glamorous salon I’ve ever been too. Catherine and her team are kind and caring. I always feel welcome. Highly recommended this place for anyone with thick hair.

Was a client here for about 2 years or so - my stylist that I always went to left and so I decided to try and find a stylist closer to where I live as I was driving over an hour each way to come here to get my hair done. Back in April I purchased 9 wefts of hair on sale and just had it on my file to use when I needed new hair. On their website as of 10/29/2024 at 5:30pm there was no policy stating that hair purchased must be installed in this salon, and was not ever communicated (what if I moved out of state? I’m just SOL?). There is a policy that all sales are final - which fine, I get that - but the owner refuses to give me the hair (WHICH I PAID $891 FOR) to be installed by my new stylist! I paid for the hair, not the installation service.
This is a bad way to run a business… she offered that I could come in and have another stylist install it after going back and forth but I don’t need new hair at this point and she gave me a deadline of January 1st (which there is also no policy anywhere that says I needed to use it within a certain timeframe once it was purchased). At this point I wouldn’t even feel comfortable walking in that salon to get my hair done.
She also claims to not sell hair to others outside of her salon but has a portion about selling to stylist (see attached screenshot) so since I already paid for the hair, sounds like I should be able to get it and have it installed somewhere else regardless since I purchased it already.
She is now going in and adding policies since this situation happened and it seems like she just makes them up on the spot!
She wanted to discuss over a phone call but I refused as I wanted everything to be in text so I have a paper trail as I will be disputing this.
I would never return to this salon or support any business that she runs.

Sabrina did an amazing job on my hair extensions! They look super natural and blend very well. I have had them in for about 3 weeks now and have had no issues with them and have gotten so many compliments! Would 100% recommend going here if you are in the market for hair extensions!

I had been researching for extensions and stumbled across Iconic through instagram, and so glad I did! Catherine answered every question I had before my appointment and was super helpful. Michela installed my 2 and a half wefts of 22” and gave me the color of my dreams. Michela was very informative and explained every step along the way. Every stylist was so nice and the vibe of the salon was upbeat and fun. High Quality salon. Will be a forever client here!!!

I reached out to Catherine, the owner, months ago. After a consultation, we decided on the 18” extensions. I have been going to Sabrina, but have had my hair worked on by all the gals here, and they’re AMAZING!! The picture in the white shirt is the first time I ever got extensions. They matched the colors perfectly. The other pictures are of today, where I got the 22” extensions. Not only is Sabrina (and all the gals) talented, but you will have a great time and a ton of laughs. What I admire most is how they make all of their customers feel like beautiful rockstars. I am hooked now! If you want extensions, beautiful color, and an amazing cut, come to Iconic. Trust me, as a pageant girl, this is the best place I’ve ever been to, to get my hair done! 😊💕
