I had high hopes but ilash did not live up to other reviews I read when choosing them. To begin, I received a text the morning of my appointment asking if I could re-book because the tech had been overbooked. That was worked out & I went in. When I booked I read to expect my appointment to last 2 1/2 hours. I booked for VOLUME lash extensions & an eyebrow wax & tint. I was out in an hour & when I got home, I saw why. My lashes on the outer & inner corners of my eyes weren't touched. The extensions were all right in the middle. For $210 plus a generous tip, I expected much more.

My experience with my Classic natural eyelash extensions was awesome and they look beautiful. Tam is very easy going and knowledgeable. She made my experience relaxing, and calm. We laughed a lot.The salon is very nice and clean with soft and relaxing music. The prices are reasonable and her work is excellent. Thank you Tam. I will definitely see you in 3 weeks.

I got my lashes done Saturday, scheduled via website. In the appointment notes, I requested that the tech contact me in advance to schedule a test area. I was never contacted in advance, and the tech mentioned that all products used are medical grade (thus negating the need for a test area). As expected, I had a little eye redness immediately after. I gave it a chance to settle for 24+ hours, but unexpectedly the redness for worse and my eyelids became swollen too. From my understanding, eyelash extensions are not supposed to be painful, whereas these feel like that they are stabbing me in my eyelids where they are attached. Due to these issues, I called the only phone number I could find associated with iLashRx Fleming Island on Monday morning as soon as they opened. No answer. In the voicemail recording, it mentions to text the same number for a quicker response. So I left a voicemail with brief information of what's going on and my contact information, then texted the same information, as the voicemail requests. To hopefully rectify this situation quickly, I also sent a photo of the redness and swelling I'm experiencing. No response. 10 hours later, I sent a follow up text expressing the issue and explaining that it is not getting any better. In fact, the situation is getting worse; the eyelashes began falling out at a rapid rate and taking my natural lashes with them. Eyelash extensions are not cheap and it is clear that these were improperly attached, with poking my eyelids, causing significant irritation and causing substantial fallout + break off of my natural lashes.

Customer service is non-existent. They don't care to respond to issues they caused.

My eyelash extension were done by Tam... they turned out amazing. Two weeks later and it still looks amazing and long lasting. This is a big plus for me! Well worth it!!

The young lady that applied my lashes was nice and on time. The OVERALL QUALITY of the lashes and install just wasn’t there…. ESPECIALLY for the price that they charge… Lashes were falling off within the first three days. So disappointed 😔 Yes it’s the correct business… I was there 12/9/23

I've tried making an appointment, but I'm not blindly going somewhere without talking to them. They texted me back a week later. I tried calling several times yesterday and left a message. I just don't want anyone to waste their time on a business that is probably not open!!

I brought a photo and explained how I wanted my eyelashes done. One newer and not very experienced girl did my eyelash extensions and I was not happy with the way they turned out, I should have told her, but I didn't want to make her feel bad. When I made an appointment to have them removed and I explained what had happened, the Office Manager was apologetic and they wanted the opportunity to correct it, as she explained these aren't their standards. The Office Manager had the senior lash specialist/technician come in and she removed the original eyelash extensions and put new ones on, the way I had asked for them, so I went from very unhappy customer to a happy customer. It's nice to know that there are still some companies and people that still believe and try to provide good customer service. Thank you to Whitney, Myla and business owner!

I first went to Tam for permanent eyeliner. It was a touch up procedure from 8 years ago. I never thought someone would do the job my first makeup artist did. Tam did a wonderful job very professional and concerned not to hurt you. She is so talented and accurate I had complete faith in her. Once my eyeliner was completed I decided to have her put eyelashes on me, that a swore I was never going to do. I started with the lashes and now am hooked. It was such a pleasure to see her and spend time with her as she applied my lashes, I looked forward to my visits. Tam is a pure treasure of a person and I am so fortunate I had the opportunity to know her.
