Las Chicas de la recepción, son muy groseras y nada amables, y algunas enfermeras que igual parece que odian su trabajo. Y aun cuando solo haya 2 ó 3 pacientes en la sala de espera tienes que esperar hasta por 2 horas, y que decir cuando llamas para hacer cita, nunca tienen hasta después de 2 meses.

I only bring my children in for CHDP physicals. The ONE TIME I NEED HELP WITH MY SON'S Injured knee he gets the worst care possible. No imaging was ordered, no DME was provided, no medication was prescribed AND I was told I could bring him back if his pain was unresolved. Called back for another evaluation as suggested by the first Physician (he mentioned that If he continued to experience unresolved or increased pain, to call back so he can have an X-RAY done). I called back & was scheduled weeks out. I did not mind the wait, but they called me back TO CANCEL HIS APPOINTMENT. As he "was already seen for this problem"... My point is, if you don't have a PPO and you rely on your HMO, don't come to this place. Don't trust them with your child's healthcare needs. Don't waste your time. They clearly do not care for patients unless they are making money out of them. Now I have a 10 year old in crutches, crying in pain at night and a lot of waiting to do to get in to see a specialist.

all the workers were so nice, but 1 person who was extremely ignorant and rude, and didn't wanna assist me, I wasn't being rude etheir, I even left the room with a simple, "okey I understand"

Poorly managed and seems there are issues regarding even the simplest request. Even medication refills are a week or so long issue.
And there are some of the most unprofessional people I have seen.

Horrible workers! don't have specific name, but I witnessed a horrible incident were a female patient with a tiny newborn was being yelled at & mistreated by one of the workers at this office & even security had to jump in and defend the helpless lady. This type of unprofessional behavior is just disgusting and unacceptable! Mecca is a very humble city & this kind of unhuman acts have to be heard of and workers like this with such unhappy lives shouldn't be working at a clinic they should find elsewhere to pour their hatred at!

This place is a COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!! My appointment was at 10:45pm and I am still waiting to be called in (over an hour wait)... all I need is to be read the results from my blood work. I will not be coming here ever again! They don't even deserve even a one star. This place is a joke and no one here even looks like they slightly enjoy their job no wonder their customer service sucks!
