I had the best experience at IWC! I workout everyday and just couldn’t get rid of my stomach pooch. I also had some fullness under my chin that I didn’t like. Dr. Julie did liposuction and Renuvian skin tightening on my stomach and neck. I’m only 8 weeks out and am absolutely thrilled with my results and it’s going to keep getting better too! I also did laser resurfacing and Sculptra on my face and am so happy with those results as well. Can’t recommend IWC enough, we’re so lucky to have them in Redding!

Received liposuction with fat transfer to my butt and couldn't be more happy. They also completed Renuvion at the same time to help tighten my skin after gaining and losing so much weight. Now when my kids grab my side they no longer say "oooo squishy". Now everything is tight like it used to be before my 4 children and I do not need a tummy tuck to help with loose skin. I have nothing but positive things to say about IWC and their staff! I have had the pleasure of working with both Dr. McClelland and Dr. Warren as I focus on transforming my "mom bod." They have helped me reduce cellulite, contour my thighs, increase my breast size through fat transfer, improve the wrinkles and texture of my skin with UltraClear, and even treat the deep blue veins under my eyes (goodbye, concealer)! I am very pleased with my results and grateful for their expertise, honesty, and kind demeanor. We have another treatment planned, and I look forward to seeing my final results!

Quality! The ladies running the show are some of the best doctors I’ve had the chance of knowing and being taken care of by. Julie did my ultra clear laser, and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. The clinic is beautiful and inviting. The staff are friendly, and it’s just a very lovely place.

Hormones have been something I have struggled with my whole life and have just learned to deal with it over the years. I have PCOS and have always been high testosterone which has lead me to having minimal symptoms when it comes to "female issues" which was nice...until recently.

My PCP told me that my symptoms of night sweats, and low energy were because I was perimenopausal, that there was nothing to do and to let nature take its course...that I will get through menopause in time.

In talking with Dr. Julie she was confident that she could help me have fewer symptoms through hormone replacement therapy. I am happy to report she was right! All of my symptoms got better very quickly. I am impressed with how well Dr. Julie listened to my overall health goals and is working with me to accomplish them one step at a time without judgement or ridicule for my lifestyle choices.

My final concern with starting hormone replacement therapy was the hidden fees or costs that might be associated with this process. Intentional Wellness has a great business model that makes it so that the cost envelopes my care cohesively. I know what to expect each visit and there are no hidden costs. Additionally, they offer discounts for other services that are related to the hormone replacement therapy (for me excessive hair growth is an issue so they offer laser hair removal at a discount since this is a side effect of my treatment). Ultimately, Dr. Julie has given me the freedom to choose what I can afford while also working with me to reach my goals.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have Intentional Wellness as a part of my healthcare team and trust them indefinitely with my health. Their unique nature of encompassing my entire health is a welcomed attribute that is special to who they are as a Wellness Center.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care I have received at The Intentional Wellness Center. I am a complicated Hormone Replacement Therapy patient. Dr. Heather and Dr. Julie have made me feel like I am being heard and cared about. I have been suffering for over 15 years with a thyroid disorder and recently female hormone changes. I have been seen by multiple specialists in the local area and physicians in the Sacramento area and continued to struggle.
