Well this is a first. I went for a walk and saw this salon. I went in and spoke to Maria regarding highlights. She put her fingers in my hair and gave me a price. I went home and looked at her reviews which were not bad. I called for an appointment which she was busy and gave me one two weeks away. I waited my day came. I went there and then she tells me she don't feel comfortable doing my hair cause it's to thin. I went into shock mode. I have been getting highlights for over 30 years and no one ever had a problem. I can only say that she is either not professional or quoted a price she did not like. Instead of being honest which I would have paid more she chose to make me two weeks and then came up with a poor excuse. So on that note she is not trust worthy and would never recommend her BEWARE!

A woman named Cindy that works there did my hair fabulous and she's is very sweet. She took her time and she knows what's she's doing. I 100% recommend this salon.

I made an appointment for 11am and 11:30am for my mom and I for simple haircuts. We arrived at 11:07am. We sat down and only one hair dresser was there doing color on a lady. We waited 10 minutes and asked when we would be seen. She then rudely responded “you showed up 15 minutes late so I started doing her color which will take another 10-15minutes- if you don’t want to wait then leave”. She did not tell us when we walked in that we would have to wait 30 mins or even spoke to us about the situation. Very rude to us, so we left. If she would have told us when we walked in and been polite we would have stayed and said sorry for running 7 minutes late.

My wife and I have been regulars at International salon for 10+ years. They are a great team with consistent outstanding haircuts and highlights, great prices and atmosphere. Friendly fast service. Can't say enough how great this mother daughter team is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll try to be brief. I had an appointment for 11am for Cut, Color and Low Lights. For most of us, if we need color, we also need a Cut . Never have I made a hair appointment for half my hair to be colored , with no other service. That's just a waste of time.

I arrived 10 minutes early . She was not ready for me , she also didn't know what service I was there for , and told me she could only do a root color to cover the grey. , She ( Jessica) didnt have time for a full service , Cut, Color and Low Lights., that i thought the appointment was for. I'D never make an appointment for roots only . Let me add, I talked to Jessica , outside of her shop about the service i needed, I ALSO CALLED, and Talked Directly with Jessica when i Made the Appointment for CUT , COLOR AND LOW LIGHTS.
I was disappointed, but was still going to give her a try.
Then she told me to wait , cuz she had a phone call she had to take*.
(* I dont care if you had a phone call from the President of the United States , I am Your Guest, you Had an Appointment with Me first , before you decided to take on another Appointment and let me wait !! NOT ACCEPTABLE in the Real Customer service World)
This was at around 11ish am.
Tic , tic Tok. It is now 11:25 , 20 minutes late, and she's still outside on the Phone. Btw , SHE is Jessica , possibly the owner .

I had to make a positive decision to leave , before I would regret having anything done .

I Called my Regular Stylists immediately, I'm sorry, I was Wrong to think I could get just as good of service , at a discounted price .
Deals are not deals , when you are not treated like a guest.
I'll pay full price for 100% service. 50 % off deals , you are getting 50% service . I guess that's what it means when they advertise 50% off
Service . Remember the saying "You only Get what You Pay For." Well , I'm glad I paid nothing, and left with my hair still in tact .
