Clear decline over the years!! The bathroom hasn't been touched in years. It's filthy! I have to find a new spot ASAP. The masseuse there sit outside and smoke so when you go in, you have to walk through that. Not only that, but when they come in to massage you, they wreak of cigarettes. When they massage your face, it is especially unpleasant not only because they smell like cigarettes but also because you can smell that their hands aren't clean. You used to get a pretty good massage as I have been coming for YEARS! Now you don't even get that. The REAL kicker this time was they have a stamp system that after the 10th massage, you get one free. My daughter and I went in this time where I should've been able to redeem my free massage; however, Ray wouldn't honor it.

Zero stars!! Let’s start with this , the place needs a rehab they don’t even clean the walls it’s dust and in need of a real scrubbing. I still tried to give this place a try. They sent their biggest strongest male to massage me and this guy thought he was in a wrestling match. I am in so much pain. I still gave him what I thought was a good tip for rinky dink massage parlor “10”
Dollars cash and he curled his nose up and smacked his teeth in disgust. I’ve never seen a place where a tip is expected like this and ungratefulness permeates! I’ve been to Asian countries and they don’t even tip in those countries at all so why get to USA and act like this with us? It’s rude and your service and facilities need an upgrade. Never going back also there were crickets running around the bathroom which needs an total gut job. Stay away !

1 hour massage is 50 dollars because you don't have time, why do you say 40 dollars for half an hour?

I use to go once a week on Friday night for years. But I began running into problems with my reservation and placement. Worker's were too noisy by the back doors to supplies and sink. I told them it ruined the experience. The language barrier is really tough to deal with. The young man who spoke both languages to communicate went to college. Out of my frustration I stopped going. So with the pandemic it has been over 5 years. I decided to try again with an out of town guest. It went well. So I went in to get gift certificates for my daughter's birthday. I was so happy the young man from before was back. But he was not there yesterday. We had tried to call to reserve the tables. No one spoke English or understood. They had someone call us back to translate so we thought it was all good. But upon arrival it was not. Same language issues. Very disappointing. The massages are what save them from one star. They are excellent (when not rushing). The price point has increased. I use to buy 100.00 packages of coupons that averaged $18 per visit with a $10 gratuity. Now it's 30.00 per visit with a $10 gratuity. Its a big jump. The tranquility is a must. They should rethink the door. I hope they do more on communication to improve.

I have been coming here for years and this is the second time I have had an issue with tipping. They do not understand that the word "TIP" TO INSURE PROMPTNESS. It's not mandatory.
My massage was $30 I tipped $8 because it was all the cash I had on me (which was more than generous). Wendy (receptionist) gave me a hard time for not tipping her $10. I told her it was all I had and she didn't seem to care but kept asking me for more money. I finally got fed up and told her to give her the extra $2 out of her own wallet if it was that serious. I asked to speak to the owner and everyone played stupid. The language barrier is hard which I'm willing to work with but the middle finger is pretty universal and I'm sure she understood that. I'll definitely be calling to speak to the manager.
