I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Donna, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease with her warm and welcoming personality. Donna took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asking all the right questions to ensure she understood exactly the look I was going for.

Her attention to detail is unmatched – she worked with such precision and care throughout the entire process. Not only did she give me a cut that perfectly suited my face shape and hair type, but she also gave me some great tips for maintaining my hair at home. She got me to the platinum color i wanted

Ashly Moses is amazing!! I have followed her to 3 different locations & she's the only person I've let touch my hair in 4 years...except myself. Then I go to her to fix what I did! 😂 Her cuts, color & highlights are great! She's patient & truly does her best to do exactly what you ask while explaining the process. Ashly #1 has been doing my hair for about 4 years now, so it was no surprise that my hair came out absolutely perfect today. I get a double process hair color with a trim and simple finishing style. She takes my hair from my natural medium brown with gray to a bright magenta pink. After my pregnancy, she helped me learn how to care for and navigate the issues that came with my drastically changed postpartum hair and scalp. Because of Ashly's help and advice, my once very dry and damaged hair is now becoming healthier every time I see her. The conversation is always nice, and I love catching up with her. It never feels like I have been there for 4+ hours because it's like I'm just hanging out with a friend, and the time flies.

Island Style Salon I did leave an honest review I have no reason to lie. It wouldn’t benefit me to do so. I have never been kicked to the curb in all my time of getting my hair done. I have no recollection of me canceling 6 appointments. As far as my use of my cell phone I believe that was during the time I had just lost my brother and I was having to make arrangements and decisions that were beyond my control. That was over a year ago! I would have expected you to show some compassion. As long as I have been coming there when the previous owner ran it I am appalled by the way I was treated. I don’t believe she would have treated me this way You could have shown some common courtesy by talking this out with me as an adult instead of being rude. I am sorry it has to come to this. I did like the way you did my hair color and cut I never had any complaints. My complaint is how you pushed me off on some one else when you were susposed to do my hair and I don’t feel that was right and then when you sent me the email canceling my appointment and not at least verbally calling me after all of the time I have been coming to you and trying to figure if we could come to a solution so we wouldn’t have or need to part ways would have been fantastic instead you refused to return my calls or texts that is down right unacceptable and rude. I am truly sorry this happened because once you find someone who does your hair right you want to keep them and you hope they value you being a permanent customer of theirs. Nothing I have said in the past email or this one is a lie. I was not pleased with my hair color and cut at all the last I came in , I even had people tell me my hair looked the same. To be honest I thought the same but didn’t want to say anything negative or cause drama when I paid for my service I just brushed it off knowing that at my next appointment you would fix it. I have never been treated like this by anyone else who has done my hair so I don’t feel this is my fault entirely. I wear no halo but neither does anyone else, you upset me and made me feel like dirt. I don’t need that!! You did a great job on my hair color/cut/style misc for that I thank you cause you made me look and feel different about myself and for that I was lucky to have you do my hair and I am sorry you feel the way you do about me. I honestly liked you and the salon.
I guess that is why we you blindsided me and canceled my appointment and told me to find someone else, all I can say is I am shocked and you upset me by how you treated me. Please do not email me again with drama I don’t need it. I must be honest if asked about my experience with you I will have to be honest.
