The only place I trust for Brazilians. The girls here are awesome! Tonya (the owner) is so knowledgeable about skin and hair growth that I know she'll give me a great wax every time. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease with waxing even sensitive areas. Super friendly and professional. I come in every 5 weeks.

I LOVE Roxy! She is amazing at what she does and instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Roxy has been helping me with my brows for quite a while now and does exceptional work. As a fair-skinned Ginger, my eyebrows were basically invisible and after a wax my skin would be red for days! Roxy tints my brows, so you can actually tell I have some, and she shapes them for me. Roxy does some kind of magic when she waxes them because the redness is gone within a couple hours instead of a couple days. I have NEVER had a bad experience, only great. I would, and I do recommend both Roxy and Tonya at iWax Salon!

Love Tonya and her team. They make you feel so welcomed and most of all they make you feel beautiful. Tonya is amazing at what she does. Not only does she know what she is doing and can explain in detail the science behind her treatments she loves what she does. The dedication, time and effort she puts forth is incredible. I always leave her salon feeling relaxed, refreshed and confident knowing I can call her with any questions or advice. Highly recommend seeing her if you have troubling skin like myself. Amazing!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this place! I had never gotten a wax EVER prior to my visit today. I came in for a Brazilian from Groupon. Roxy was excellent! She chatted with me a lot, which kept me comfortable, and she is very professional and helpful. She used a numbing spray, I believe, and powdered after. Took, I think, 20 minutes for me. I forgot to take Ibuprofen before coming, but I could still handle the pain thanks to Roxy's excellency and efficiency. I definitely will be a repeat customer!

I’m not the best with sticking with a schedule and honestly I don’t have the best memory when it comes to appointments I have made but Somehow Roxy still finds a way to work with me and my friend to be able to get us in no problem. I have been going to Roxy for 8 months or so now and I don’t plan on going anywhere. She takes care of me, makes sure I am comfortable, and she is so good with conversation your apt just flies by. Highly recommend Iwax salon and I highly recommend asking for Roxy!

I love Tonya's services -- both her skin care and waxing. I won't go anywhere else for my wax; she's gentle (as much as you can be with waxing) and does amazing brows, too! And for facials - I have sensitive skin -- when it's acting up, I RUN to her. Love, love, love this place.

Really sad to have to write this, but here it goes.. I have been a LOYAL monthly client of Tanya's for over 3 years for Brows and Brazilians. On my last waxing apt I was told AFTER my service was done that they were raising my eye brows by 80% (Yes, I said 80%) . Since they did not properly tell me or inform me prior to my appointment, I refused to pay. If I would have been properly informed prior to the appointment I could have then decided if I still wanted my browns done or not. I did re book for my Brazilian but not my brows since I didn't agree with the delivery or price change. When it came time for my Brazilian appointment I noticed the appointment time was taken out of my calendar. When I reached out to see why, I was informed that if I don't want to pay the new price for brows I can find a new place for my Brazilian as well!! WOW- I was flabbergasted by the disrespect I received from someone I have been so LOYAL to. I am VERY okay with people raising their prices. Products, rent, Insurance go up and I understand that. But what I am not okay with is the unprofessional delivery and such a large price increase. Very bad businesses ethics Tanya.

I've been coming to Tonya for my waxes for the past year or more. In the past I would get waxed wherever I could find a Groupon for, and typically would not be happy with the results. However, when I started coming here I knew I'd be a regular client. Not only were the results usually much better, it is obvious that Tonya knows what she's doing. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable from day 1.
