My 10yr old son finally decided to cut his hair after 2yrs of growing it out, so there was a lot of hair to chop off. We’re from out of town and decided to try out Izzy’z since it was conveniently close. So very glad we did. These guys know how to cut hair. My son says he’s never growing it out again if we can keep going back to Izzy’z. Too bad we live hours away but it might be worth the extra drive. Need a good cut? Just go, you won’t be disappointed.

Izzy’s is not a barbershop. It’s a community. It’s a vibe. More than that… it’s a family. When you walk in you are greeted by the owner who is a staple in the local community and truly a sweet and charming gentleman. He keeps the TVs on entertaining programming and curates the jams he plays in the shop (did I mention he is also a DJ when he’s not cutting hair?) to give the environment a chill and fun feel. While you get your hair styled by the best in the business, you will be regaled with tales ranging from heartfelt to wild times from the past and if you don’t want to banter - rest assured the barbers will fill the space with chat amongst each other to keep you engaged. I leave every time looking and feeling like my best self and you will too. My only complaint is that I can’t give 6 stars. Keep on keeping Ionia fresh.

Absolutely love this place! My son's and husband do as well! They always do such an amazing job when we visit! Everyone there is so friendly and nice, they listen to you and what you want! Hands down best damn barber shop around💈 definitely worth it! 😊

Best place around to get a beard trim, straight razor shave, hair cut. They take all the stress out of the process online appointment booking and walk ins available. Amazing atmosphere and even better barbers.
If you are looking for a cut with more to it look no further. You will come in a stranger and leave part of the live fast die fresh family.

Very friendly and knowledgeable place. Good atmosphere. Very easy to have conversations with about your haircut and style choice. The haircut itself is great as well. I got what I was asking for and I like the quality of the cut.

This was the best barbershop I have been to in my life. There was fantastic service, I got the best haircut I’ve ever gotten, the atmosphere was awesome, and the barbers were amazing and nice people. I want to note that Bryce did an amazing job specifically, and I look forward to coming back and getting another haircut from him. I highly recommend getting a cut here.
