This is my first year owning a pool and the owners and staff have been really helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure my family was able to enjoy our new pool this summer. The owners even took the time to sit down with me and diagram my pool to show me how it should work. Their service techs Jackson and Luke have been great as well in opening/ closing and diagnosing potential problems.

Highly recommend using these good folks!

Jacuzzi of Jonesboro are wonderful everyone there is so nice and so helpful. After just one visit they would always great me by name. If you are looking to get a hot tub or just need pool supplies this is by far the best place.

As a pool owner the thing I least looked forward to was when I needed to get a new liner put in. Brad and his guys made it super easy and fast. In 8 hours they had my old liner out, new liner in, and started refilling! Definitely recommend!

Upon arrival to the showroom i was greeted professionally by a young lady with more than enough knowledge to answer all my questions without hesitation and plenty of confidence.
During the build service was excellent & once received from the manufacturer delivery was immediate & very efficiently installed.
ALL correspondence was very efficient and questions answered correctly with confidence.
If you want good service I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.
You will be served well.

This is a great place! Been trying to get my pool cleaner fixed took it to Jacuzzis and was met at the door by a young lady with a smile and was able to help on the spot. No drop off she went right to work on it to see what was wrong with it. I walked away a very happy person. You need help forget the rest and go to Jacuzzi, they care and GREAT SERVICE!!!
