I had a wonderful experience here getting a major haircut with Rachel! She listened well and did a great job cutting off about 11 inches of hair to donate! If I didn’t live in Texas, I’d definitely come here for every haircut! Would definitely recommend. (Before and after pics)

Despite season being upon us, JGS got both my daughters in pretty quickly. Jessica and Amy were their stylists, and they both exceeded expectations. Not only did they give the girls exactly what they wanted style-wise, they created an environment where my 11 and 13 year old felt comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Amy and Jessica were kind, attentive, didn’t treat them like children, checked in on them frequently during the cuts, and my girls were both beaming after their service. The experience and cuts were exceptional. We will be back. All the thumbs up.

Great hair cut and color at first. First time the front desk girl could not understand add 20% tip and just added some number she thought she heard without confirming. Okay they did a really good job so I’ll let it pass but let them know.

Then rescheduling for time is a problem and the front desk didn’t schedule enough time.

But A few times after getting my hair bleached was good but couldn’t finish the color and I had to finish myself at home the color blocking accent pieces. They still charged me for the extra color that I didn’t receive.

Just seems a pretty good job for bleach and cut but not good at math for every other time some mishap.🙄😣😔 has the potential to be so great.

It's been such a long time since I felt confident because of my hair. I was recommended to Michelle Witham and couldn't be happier ☺️. A cut and color made me feel better but the thinness of my hair still bothered me. She mentioned hair toppers and I researched and purchased 3 and took to her for a consultation. She picked the one she thought was right for me. I left it with her to color and went back when it was ready. I left with tears in my eyes from true happiness and confidence. I would highly recommend this salon and Michelle Witham for what they have done for me.

Felt rushed both times I had my haircut here ! Shampoo room is too small , very fast shampoo and very quick haircut for $90 .plus tip . Uneven haircut , expected more for the price !

Holy Hair Repair! I had an emergency hair repair need and James Griffith Salon saved the day! And my hair!

I went to another salon for blonding services. Unfortunately, I was left with purple and gray hair when I should have been a more platinum blonde. I was mortified and embarrassed, stressed and confused. I was instructed to just wash my hair every day and it would eventually lighten and fade. I left they salon in tears. (This was not James Griffith Salon)

I called James Griffith Salon from the parking lot of the other Salon and explained what happened. Even though it's the hight of season and I was not one of their clients, they were able to get me in the very next day for a color correction.
I was so grateful, thankful and relieved with the process and work performed on my hair to correct the color. They talked me through each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with their plan.
I cannot thank them enough! I'm beautifully blonde again and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
I highly recommend this Salon for all your hair care needs!
