I loved my experience at Jardin blue med spa.I had three sessions of body contouring and is very pleased with the results. I now have some muscle and contouring on my stomach area . The spa was clean and my therapist Sue was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. I have already recommended to one of my close friends. I have plans to return to receive other services to enhance my appearance

I purchased the full body laser hair removal package. I had my last session in December. My hair got slightly thinner but not gone. 4 months later the hair fully returned to the way it was before I did the treatment even though Sue assured me the treatment yielded permanent hair removal. I messaged sue about it after I completed treatment and she never responded. The machines were dirty. Not sanitized. You could see the build up from previous use. She scoops the ultrasound gel off one part of your body and reapplies it to the next. She burned me a few times by touching my skin on the hot part of the machine. Really a waste of time and money.

It's always a pleasant experience visiting the Jardin Blue spa. Sue has been in the business for many years and is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the condition that she is treating and what to expect as far as what is the best treatment and how many sessions you will need. The office and equipment is clean and you don't have to wait long to be seen. I recommend this spa.

Love the service here. Sue is great! She is very knowledgeable about the skin. Doing laser hair removal can be painful but Sue makes the task calming and relaxing with reduced pain. I recommend her services to several of my friends and anyone else who asks about how great my skin looks.

I visited Jardin Bleu for the first time on 10/20/17, not quite sure what to expect. There were some issues with my face that had been bothering me for a while. At best, I expected to have a facial that would make me feel better, but not do anything significant to my appearance in one visit. I was pleasantly surprised! Sahar, was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She worked efficiently, while being considerate of my comfort. Twenty minutes later, my skin looked significantly refreshed. Today, over 24 hrs later, I'm even more grateful for having visited Jardin Bleu. Did I mention that the waiting area is lovely and that parking was easy and accessible? The receptionist also worked hard to accommodate my travel plans in scheduling my appointment. I can't wait to return in a few weeks for my follow up visit and to experience more results.

I went to Jardin Bleu Spa's open house on Saturday. I was greeted by an amazing stuff. I had no desire to do anything, just looking and checking their promotions. After consulting and talking with Sue, I decided to do Lip fillers and under eyes. The experience is beyond magical, the results are amazing. I got this done on Saturday with no bruises the next day. I went to work on Monday and a few people approached me asking why I was glowing and what is so different about my face. Can't wait to go back!!!!

5 stars! The staff here are so welcoming and professional. The studio is clean and spotless. I got laser done on my bikini line and began to notice results after the very first session! Bought a Groupon to get a laser service for spider veins. The appointment was scheduled for November 19. They rescheduled for November 12 at 11:30 am. I got to the location and waited for 20 minutes. Knocked on the door several times. They could have reached out to reschedule things happen. No attempt from the spa. Rude, unprofessional and unkind. I traveled 23 miles to get to their location.
