Joann listened to my specific request of not using thinning sheers even though I have thick curly hair, she cut my hair dry which is a preferred method for curly hair. I knew then that she was in tune with the proper procedure for doing a master cut. She gave me an extra conditioner time on my hair which created a super soft texture. She also only took small pieces of my hair to use the curling iron. Which created soft smooth style. I also was treated to an eyebrow color and waxing while my hair conditioner worked in. This is a full customer centered salon. Joann is equivalent to a NYC high end salon.

We popped in for a quick cut while we were getting coffee at Cloud Parlor in the same shopping center. Miss Joann was so amazing and kind to my daughter. She’s on the spectrum and Miss Joann somehow made my daughter feel right at home and so comfortable! Not an easy task! We showed her a few pics and she nailed it. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

A truly sweet and amazing experience! I’m usually someone who dreads having to go get a haircut because it usually doesn’t come out the way I want, but Joann did an amazing job! Not only did she do great on my eyebrows and hair but she made me feel very beautiful and confident!

Five star haircut. Five star conversation. Joan knows her business and was such a pleasure to talk to. Great cut! I have long, tangled, frizzy, dry hair, and she styled it perfectly...all the while chatting about a wide variety of subjects. She's smart and talented. I recommend her highly.

Im a canadian visiting Cocoa Beach for a week and needed a last minute haircut. Walked-in and was greeted with open arms! I was lucky enough to have Joann take care of me. She was so kind & responsive to what i was looking for & absolutely nailed it! Fantastic experience. Definitely my go-to salon in Cocoa Beach from now on!

I came here because of the reviews. When I pulled up my instincts told me to leave. Nevertheless proceeded and got the worst haircut for my son he’s ever had. $25 and I literally did a better job during Covid myself. Maybe she does well with women, but definitely not men’s cuts. Reviews are correct that she’s a nice friendly person.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! I am from Michigan and was just married on Tuesday March 19th on Cocoa Beach. and I had grown out my pixie so I would have more hair for my wedding, but on Wednesday the day after my wedding I wanted my pixie JUST CLEANED UP IN THE BACK!!!before we go on our cruise on friday so I went and found a nearby salon. I TOLD HER DO NOT TAKE ANY OFF MY BANG! SHE DID NOT LISTEN AT ALL!! Before & After pictures will say it all.. JUST HORRIBLE!! Been crying for 2 days over it 😭😭😭
