Awesome experience every time! Quality is high, prices are reasonable, staff are professional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted kindly. Kannon is the owner and is very accommodating. Phillip has magic hands and Steven has great eye for detail. Similar to the relationship you have with your hair stylist, everyone who works here takes the time to get to know you and so you feel like you’re visiting with friends while you’re being pampered. This is the best nail and spa salon in Murrieta.

Took my friend to get her nails done, lady helping must have been new bc her nails came out so horrible. The shape was of the nails were way off and the shape of the heart designs were crooked!

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! Not only did they pay constant attention to my needs and what I wanted but I genuinely felt like their main concern was making sure I left happy with their work. I would be leaving them a 5 star review just based on the service alone. But then they continued to go above and beyond in everything and my nails turned out so beautiful! Michelle is amazing and Andrew you are a rockstar! And major kudos to the manager who is always willing to step in and help out! Thank you so much guys! I'll see you in 2 weeks for a fill! lol

My pedicure was phenomenal! I got the Soothing pedicure and so did my husband. The older gentleman that did my pedicure left my feet and calves super soft and my French tip came out perfect. Idk how their ratings aren’t higher. Glad I came here, I will definitely be back in 4-6 weeks 🙂

I usually never leave reviews for places but this salon is so AMAZING, I just had to leave a review! Everyone is so friendly and they are very professional. They get you in fast and efficiently. Would 100% recommend this place. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the person who did my nails but they were amazing and I will definitely be coming back to him!

I’ve been to this salon twice now for a fill and pedicure. Steven is my guy and he is amazing. I’ve been looking for someone who really listened and did a good job since I moved here 7 years ago!!! The entire staff is really kind and relatable. I took my daughter along with me each time. I’m very well pleased with this salon. Thank you Steven and the rest of the staff here at Joie! Give this place a shot. I don’t believe you’d to disappointed. They also speak English very well here so there is no confusion. The salon could use some updating but that’s not a reason to stay away from this place. Thanks again!

The people here were very nice, and the ambiance is welcoming. My experience fell short, however, and I won't be going back. I had the absolute worst manicure of my life. Full disclosure: I don't think I've ever gotten a "good" manicure, which is why I typically only do pedicures. I always walk away with a couple of misshapen nails, missed strips of polish, and end up with horrible hangnails in the days following. I've even gotten my cuticles nicked on occasion. This time, while I did not get horrible hangnails after, I ended up with everything else. The shaping and missing polish actually wasn't too bad, but what was bad was I walked out of there with FOUR wounds that drew blood, and without a single apology. Like I said, I've been nicked before and I know accidents happen, but FOUR times?! And when I took the pink polish off a few days later, I was left with orange nails. The picture I posted is of my nails a few weeks after my visit as the orange stain was growing out. I had to keep my nails painted for months (and I rarely ever wear polish on my fingernails).

I don't know if the nicking of the cuticles was due to the fact I don't get manicures often (partially because I tend to get nicked 1/4 of the time), but the orange stained nails is a new one for me and totally unacceptable. Hopefully, they've switched out their base coat so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I wanted to like this place, and we went because of the good Yelp reviews. But I ended up with four wounds and orange stained nails. My bestie wasn't super pleased with her experience either, though she didn't have the same problems I did (she got gel, whereas I got basic polish). I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke, and based on Yelp reviews, it sounds like maybe it was, but I won't be going back.
