I recently visited for the first time and it was a truly relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I did not get the techs name but she did an awesome job. The spa was clean, with a serene ambiance that was so relaxing. The staff were professional and attentive and the soothing music added to the calming atmosphere. I will be going back.

I have never in my life had fingernail fungus. I have gotten my nails done for 30 years at the same place and decided to try K nails because I didn’t have time to wait on an appointment at my other place. They looked fantastic , and my nails always looked so nice and clean when I left. However, after my third visit, I now have fungus on several of my fingernails. I was warned that several other people had experienced this, and I went anyway. Never again!!!!!

It was my sister and I’s first time going here and we absolutely LOVEDDD the way our nails turned out. The atmosphere inside the salon was nice and the service was good. Definitely will be coming back ?

10/31/24. Even though I walked in 30 mins before they closed (I had a busy day) I was treated as though it wasn’t a big deal at all. I had the pleasure of meeting Chen who took great care of me and did a fantastic job on my nails! I told him I’d be asking for him from now on. Thank you again! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my 2nd time visiting K Nails and I’m super impressed by the professionalism and the way they take the time to do things the right way. I don’t always get to pamper myself with a manicure and pedicure, so to have someone really take their time and put forth the effort to do a good job instead of slapping some paint on my toes and calling it a day! The pedicure I got today was hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! I’m not telling which one it was either because they’re ALL good at what they do!! Very nice atmosphere and super clean as well. I’ll definitely be back!

I asked for a fill in (they did my full set about two weeks ago.) I asked for the same shape, just a different color and the fill in. The nail tech filled them down so short and unevenly shaped. There is acrylic overlaying onto my skin. I was so upset with how bad my nails looked that I asked for them to remove them. She said I would have to come back another day to get them removed. It was an absolute waste of money and time.

I have been coming here the past year or so and have always been happy with the service I have received, but not today. I asked for a gel manicure and the girl doing my nails was in such a rush to get to the next person, she completely skipped the cuticle bath leaving me with cuticles that still need to be trimmed, and she didn’t even want to give me a lotion massage afterwards (I had to basically ask her to). I’ve never received a gel manicure anywhere where they skipped either of these things. I’m hoping this was just a fluke as I plan on returning to this business, but I hope things like this get straightened out amongst the staff.

I don’t really get all of the positive reviews. I’ve been in 3 times and I always have felt like my services were rushed . Maybe because I’m not a regular , I don’t know . Got them done 5 days ago and the polish which is supposed to be gel already chipped.

Edit 2 days later the chip polish ended up being a broken /chipped nail and I do not do manual labor .
