Was really excited to try this place out. I had seen the reviews but figured it was just people complaining. It was not. We walked in today at around 10am. There was one man working on a client and no one else around. He looked up, didn’t even smile. Didn’t say a word. We waited and waited but nothing. We finally left. We could’ve sat in a pedicure chair and waited for him to be done. We were in absolutely no rush but since he didn’t even say hi we weren’t going to wait for who knows how long. Won’t be back.

Acknowledging a client is the bare minimum. Do better.

Have been going here for a few years. Service has always been good. Last year it started going down hill. The last 2 times I've been there were the last straw. I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour before being serviced. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. A lot of there polish is old and does not dry properly and have had scuffed nails the last 2 times. After hours of dry time.

Decided to try this place out despite the bad reviews. I’m VERY picky and they were very accommodating and didn’t get too annoyed with me and my pickiness LOL They do best with their own nail art designs rather than photos. I’d use them again!

Reviews for this place don’t look very good, so I was hesitant on bringing my teen in for a full set with designs. I believe the man’s name was Long. He did a great job, he was nice, accommodating, and did exactly what my daughter asked. The shop was clean and smelled great. We will definitely be back. He even took the time to educate us on some different nail shapes.

KV Nails is one of the best nail salons that I have been to IN quiet some time .I have been to several in and around Gadsden and this shop has to be hands down one of the best! Danny Spent quite some time getting my nails just right for me and I am one picky person if I could give this this Salon ten stars I definitely would.

I feel like I had a very simple nail style request. All I wanted was Easter colors (like pastel colors) for my tips. Looks nothing, I mean nothing like the picture I showed. My nails look awful. Going to get my nails fixed Tuesday at uNails. Not to mention, the guy that did my nails cut 3 of my fingers, never said sorry when I pull away bc it hurt so bad. He seem to have a bad attitude all around. He charged me $50 even though I’m not satisfied, you can still see white specs in my nails. They’re bumpy, and my tips are very uneven. The color of my tips are also uneven. Safe to say, I’m not never ever going back. Save your money.

Went in to get my nails and toes done for my anniversary. Made an appointment and still waited 4 hours , basic color request (matte black). He cut my toe nails so short that when I wore heels, it was constant pain… cut my fingers, I wanted Dip powder on my natural nails and they are so thick it is unreal. Not to mention that after I was cut, waited 4 hours literally left in tears because my anniversary was that weekend and we were going out of town. My nails looked HORRIFIC… then I get charged $100!
