Arrived at 5:30pm on a Monday. Sign on the door says it closes at 6pm and sign in the window says Open... Door is locked and inside is dark.

Called a few hours before closing. Guy was dismissive and said he wasn't taking any appts even tho it was two hours before closing. This experiences matches other people's experience where the barber at this place are a tad unfriendly. It is better customer service when the advertised hours match their practice. I went to get a haircut a few months ago. Found the barber argumentative. After a time I just stopped speaking to him. Uncomfortable interaction. Won't go back.

Ramon was awesome! Took the time to give me a really good cut. I was on a time crunch and he was able to get me in and out. Great conversation, worth every dime I paid. Will definitely hit these guys up the next time I come through town. Thanks guys!!!

The cut was fine ! But costumer service was very disappointing! The man that was cutting my sons hair was asking him personal life questions like where he lives and where hes from ? So i asked the man to stop asking him about my sons personal life (which involves me ) i didnt want to share it ! And he got mad and yelled at me! Gave me attitude very rude i wouldnt go back im surprise an adult can act like that ! Bad experience!

I've been getting my hair cut here for 4 years now. If you go to Saint Leo University David will definitely take care of you. Treats you like family too, he'll check in on you and hold genuine conversations while you're getting a cut. He's cheap, cuts all types of hair including ethnic, and quick. Long story short stop by K.A.D if you need a cut.

Have received cuts twice before and was happy with the quality. This time I phoned ahead for 11:45 appt. At 12:20 was still waiting after 2 other customers had been served and told the wait was another 20 minutes. I left without a haircut.

I called as soon as they opened and tried to make appointment, but was told to just come in after 3. After waiting around all day I arrived only to be turned away saying there's a lot of people ahead and he won't get to me before they close at 5. Now it's too late to go anywhere else before they close. Now I see why they have so many 1 star reviews.
