I generally use this location for labs only. But I needed to schedule an appointment right away so I decided to check this one out and see if I could switch doctors since it's closer, i live in Corcoran. I went to office 17 there was another patient in pain who had some kind of conflict with her appointment. The nurse who gets patients from the waiting room was extremely rude, condescending and just had a lack of compassion as this lady was explaining her pain and needing to be seen. As someone that works in healthcare it was quite disturbing.

Then when I went back a couple days later for a follow up that i had schedule for the previous visit and when I registered they told me my appointment wasn't for another 2 hours. They had rescheduled my appointment without calling me to see if it was ok or notifying me about the change. Luckily I was seen.

I won't be switching to this office. This isn't the care that I'm familiar with from Kaiser. Ill stick to driving a hour and 20 min to Fresno or Clovis. I'm leaving 3 stars because the lab is great.

Dr.Gill is amazing. This was my first visit with him and I'm very impressed. He has a friendly bedside manner.

I've had doctors before who made changes to medications and treatments in the first visit. Dr.Gill wasn't like that. He met me, listened to my concerns, examined me and closed the visit. And having a doctor who actually touched me during a visit, listened to my heart and lungs... I'm very thankful and hope this is the beginning of a wonderful doctor/ patient relationship.

The entire appointment request process was simple and thorough. I had checked in and went off to the restroom and while I was walking back to the Drs office. I received a call from the front desk asking where I had gone, because they saw that I checked in, but wasn't present in the office. I truly appreciate how clean this process is. My conversation with the Dr went well and I felt like he heard my comments. He scheduled me for a lab draw and even that took just a few minutes.

Doctors and staff at Kaiser- Selma are open, listen, and understand me. They include me in my tx planning. Doctor Ihejirika follows up and has excellent communication via the app.

Lately I have had issues like my pcp prescribing medication that I have taken b4.

They tell they have called in prescribed meds but when I follow up with The Northern CA they say they don't have a script for said meds. Now the KP in Northern California who fill my scripts are also claim they don't have the prescription.
Some days it takes 5-7 business days to get my meds.
Something is going on with KP!!!!!!
