My first experience at Kathy Nails and it was great. I got a full set and a pedicure. Lots of colors to choose from and spaced everyone out for social distancing. Definitely expect to spend some time. I was there for 2 hours. She is so detailed and does a great job. Prices are comparable to other nail places in the area.

Came in right when they opened and they got me in immediately for a much needed pedicure. Super nice & friendly. Great service. And they opened when it says they open! I tried Felton nails and sat outside for 25 min waiting for someone to finally open & then they couldn’t get me in all morning.

Sadly, one of the worst full sets (or fill) I’ve ever had. I went off reviews - maybe they’re old?! Not only did I walk out with the wrong nail color, two crooked nails, uneven nail lengths and weird ‘bumpy’ application at the cuticle end - BUT they stopped my appointment and took another client, completing their whole procedure before coming back to mine. Who does that? I’ve definitely had appointments where they work two people at once, and though not ideal, at least they continue with both. Do NOT go to this salon - which also looks like a hoarders home inside. Just NO.

The man that did my nails was very nice but could not communicate with me and did a very messy job on my nails. I came in for a fill on my acrylics and gel nail polish. The day after I got them done one was broken. A few days later another broke. So I ended up getting them fixed some where else a week after I got them done at kathy's nails. When I get my nails done elsewhere they last 3-4 weeks without chipping or breaking. The Polish was so messy, he didn't put enough coats on and didn't paint the full nail, a lot of the sides were bare. The shape was really poorly done so I ended up reshaping them at home with a nail file. It felt like a waste of my money and we all know living in California is not cheap. When I asked for a refund she ignored me so I would definitely not suggest Kathy's Nails. You'll just end up spending more money somewhere else.

A guy got my nails done yesterday. It was the worst nails I ever had to pay for. He didn’t know how to take my extensions off, he used a wrong color, even though I told him what I wanted, hurt me and I had to fix a few nails at home. Never coming back. Terrible.

You know the US and the world’s economy went down after covid, everything was in chaos and it was a mess and it was hard for business to stay opened. You should be nicer to small family businesses like these because they need to pay other for bills of the store alone and overcoming back into normal running stages is hard. I personally come here to have my nails cut every 3 weeks and they have a lot of nice customers who are understanding of that. I can tell they care about their customers especially those that are nice and understanding. This family are some genuinely nice people and comments like these can hurt their business and I can tell you right now this is one of if not the only stores that that care of their customers and have affordable pricing.

Very fair prices and good service. My sister got french tips and the manicurist did them by hand. (Not the pre fabricated kind). The gentleman gave me a pedicure and i asked for exfoliation and callous removal. He quoted me the price ahead of time and *thoroughly* scrubed my feet with soap and lotion, along with the toe paint.
No hidden costs and he checked with me at various stages of the service to see how i liked it. Chairs have massage options.
I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience here, my mom gets her nails done by Kathy all the time and recommended my sister and I. She takes her time on your nails to make sure everything is done right and the look is clean! Her process doesn’t damage your nails like I have experienced at other nail salons so I’m definitely coming back here again, thanks Kathy! ♥️
