Hi. Kelly Nail + Spa is clean, professional, sweet, quick, and kind- I have nothing but great things to say. They always make time for me + they have a wonderful color collection. One time I forgot my scarf there [I didn't even realize it], and the manager hung onto it for me + gave it to me two months later. Kelly and Team cares- xoxo 🙂

Second time I went to this place, wasn’t happy with the first time but thought I’d give them another try. I got a no chip manicure and a pedicure. I paid for the better pedicure but it was probably the worst I’ve ever had, certainly was not worth the $45. Terrible job in scrubbing the feet, and I paid extra, color was bleeding, not shiny at all. Didn’t clean cuticles well at all. Then basically the same for the manicure, barely prepped the nails, used her own nails to remove old polish, not sanitary at all. I told her I wasn’t happy and in particular was not worth the upgrade I paid for. They didn’t care, I will never go back again.

This is a great place very busy but it's in a Hidden location it's around the corner from the mattress store. The staff is very professional, and caring. The store is clean and updated. The prices are fair. I have very short nails and like them painted. I got exactly what I wanted and no -pier -pressure to do more.

I have been going to Kelly for years. They do an excellent job with basic gel nails, pedicures and eye brow waxing. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is that their work is very basic. If you enjoy creative looking nails, and a wide range of gel colors, Kelly doesn't deliver. If I'm planning to go out and want to have beautiful, unusual nails, I have to go elsewhere.

Best sanitation practices are not used. Tools are not sterilized. Files and buffers are used on multiple clients. Will not return.
*Yes, I am sure this is the correct location.
Nail files were used, not new, and the tools were not from an autoclave sterilized package like many other salons.

The lady who waxed my eyebrows burned my skin. I had the scars for a week. And she did not even apologize and blamed me for moving my head when she put the hot wax on. Based on what she told me she cannot shape eyebrows she's only good at cleaning them up. The reason I gave the place 3 stars is because I love the lady who does my nails but I'll never go there for eyebrows.

My nails are still going strong after 3 weeks, which means I need them done again and will go back. They are so personable and welcoming. I enjoyed my experience!
