I enjoyed the service, but was not happy with the professionalism of the business. I learned about the services through a living social deal, and contacted Lavished Beauty directly to ask questions. She told me that I was able to purchase the deal straight through her instead of going through Living Social. I was never given any guidelines or that I had to use the services before a certain time. I was having trouble scheduling due to the business being too busy, then was told at the last minute that the rest of my appointments had to be within the month. I posted a review on Facebook and was attacked with a comment shortly after. I was told if I had any concerns to talk to the owner. I left a message to speak with the owner about 2 weeks ago, and still have yet to get a response (except for a rude comment on Facebook). As I said, I enjoyed the service hence why this review is not a one star, but the professionalism and customer service was too awful.
