Fantastic barbershop, good quality, and great prices! If you have curly hair, I highly recommend.

For a fade and trim, I paid 16 USD, which is great compared to what most other barbers charge in the area. Will be coming back here again!

Absolutely the best haircut in the Watertown area. If you are a newly arrived soldier or even a long time vet, this definitely should be your go-to haircut spot.

I've been to a few places in the area and even was going to others for over a year. However, a lot of the other places around are not that consistent.

Here at Kim's you'll get the haircut you want every time, and they'll help you make sure it right.

The customer service is great, and you never feel rushed. They take their time to make sure the cut is good before you leave. Overall, money well spent.

How do you charge someone twice (both the haircut and the shaping/lining) because they asked you to recut their hair because you didn't get the initial style requested for? I am highly disappointed and that is broad day light robbery...

Great barber shop if you're military and new to the area. Nothing beats going to a barber shop and know that you'll walk out with a quality fade. Can't beat their prices!

First time I went to this place it was a good cut with a pleasant message afterwards, I would give it 5 stars off of the first experience. The second time was unpleasant, I believe I got a different person who was very rough compared to the first. While she did an acceptable haircut, she used too much pressure on the razor and was going too quickly causing the nerves on the back of my head to burn. Then she kept hitting my ears with the comb as she trimmed the sides and pulled my hair while trimming the top with the comb and razor. She then gave a very unpleasant neck and back message that was immensely uncomfortable both during and after. All of these issues were caused by going way too fast which was completely unjustified considering no one was waiting and it wasn’t busy. I likely won’t be returning unless there’s a necessity.

Painful haircut. Nicked both my ear and neck multiple times. Pulled my hair with the scissors and kept biting my neck with the clippers. The women giving the haircut was so fast and frantic even though I was the only person there. I thought about getting up and leaving half way thru. On top of that, The haircut I got was not what I asked for and it looked bad. By far, the worst haircut I have ever gotten and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

I hate to write down the review, i guess this is my first time, but i had to because I want nobody experience that i felt here yesterday.

this barbershop have tendency that hair cutting service being horrible when customers getting crowd. i say usually "satisfy", when they people getting crowded or personal reason. some time they treat our head like "Boot Camp". yes it was hurting, she was "mowing" my head aggressively.
Do not use your money if you dont want to treat like Boot Camp time, especially when customers get crowded.

PS. I dont know why this barbershop needs to appreciate that soldiers keep coming in not just complaining why these soldiers coming in same time and make crowded.

정말 리뷰를 쓰지 않는데, 이게 처음인것 같네요. 하지만 다른분들이 저랑 같은 경험을 하지 않으셨으면 합니다.

애초에 이 이발소가 괜찮아서 계속 방문했는데요. 특히나 갈수록 두드러지는 단점이 사람이 많으면 많을수록 서비스 퀄리티가 심하게 떨어진다는 겁니다.

기다리는게 한두번도 아니고 이발소에서 기다리는거 손님들은 충분히 기다릴수 있습니다. 하지만 무슨 이유에서든 빨리한다고 손님들의 머리를 "Boot Camp" 공격적이게 깍으면 안됩니다.

피가 안난게 다행이라고 느낄정도로 아팠고, 앉아 있는 제가 느낄 정도로 뭐에 쫒기듯이 깍더라고요.
심지어 몸에덮는 헤어커버도 급하게 빼느라 옷에 머리카락이 다 묻었고요.

그리고 애초에 다 미군이라고 알아 듣지 못한다고...한국말로 가끔 뒷담화같은 않좋은 소리들을 계속 하시는데, 손님 입장에서 매우 불편합니다. 듣기 싫고요(압니다, 일하다보면 화나고, 심심하기도해서 그런 말들을 하신다는거 근데 손님들 앞에서 하면 안되는 것입니다.)

정말 계속 가고 싶었는데, 정말 안타까워서 적는것이니 리뷰 남깁니다. 이것만 고치셔도 단골 늘어날 것입니다.
