I love the salon, too. It's very bright, cute, and clean. Never any problems with the receptionist. Everything always goes smoothly. I recommend them to everyone!

Kelsey was our stylist and we absolutely LOVED her! She cut and styled my daughter and I's hair. She went for a dramatic chop, which had me nervous, but Kelsey made it look so cute on her! I didn't know what I really wanted, so I left it open and once again she didn't disappoint! I can never get my hair to hold a curl either, but here we are several hours later and it's still curled! Kelsey was just so sweet and I really enjoyed the entire experience! We will definitely be going back, I highly recommend her!

Today was my first visit to the salon. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left (2 hrs. Later), I throughly enjoyed my first visit. Brandi M. did an amazing job on a highlight, low light, cut and blow out...and I am PICKY about my hair. She is definitely a top notch stylist.

I must also point our that they have the BEST hair washing stations ever! My neck wasn't hurting from a weird bowl shape...and I didn't have to sit on a pillow to be comfortable while my hair was being washed.

The salon is very clean. Not too small but not too big either. All of the staff was super friendly and made me feel like I had been coming here for years. If you are looking for very seasoned and well trained stylist, then you need to make an appointment here. They just made a lifelong customer today.

Bailey Dignan cancelled 3 hours before my appointment. They ask us to cancel 48 hours in advance. I realize things happen but I have two kids and had to find a babysitter for this appointment. Very disappointed.

I’ve been to KS Hair a couple times now and before my most recent visit, I’ve been very happy with my results. I went in a little over a month ago for a hair cut and balayage. Unfortunately, that visit did not go well. The stylist was a few minutes late which wasn’t a big deal, but it did set the tone for the rest of the appointment. I explained what I wanted—a blonde balayage but I wanted my roots left alone so that it would be easy to maintain—and I even showed a photo of what I wanted. The stylist kept saying “highlights” and I would say “no, more balayage style” which is what I booked when I made my appointment online. As I was watching her put the foils in my hair, I knew my hair wasn’t going to be what I wanted, which was to be very blonde. She also rushed through my cut at the end and my hair wound up needing to be fixed with another cut and by another stylist to get the balayage that I wanted. So, I spent $150 + tip at KS Hair and then 2 weeks later I spent another $170 + tip at another salon to finally get the balayage that I wanted. It’s just very frustrating to drop that much money and not be satisfied. The photos posted will show the photo I showed the stylist as inspiration and then my hair 2 weeks after leaving KS Hair.
