I had service performed at my house for a new Hot Tub that I had just bought recently. Brett performed the service to get the Hot Tub running properly with all necessary chemicals that had to be put in the water.
Brett went over all the necessary details with me so that I keep maintaining the tub. He gave me good tips in order to keep the spa operating properly. Very Knowledgeable and experience with hot tubs. I recommend him if you need service. Reasonable and fair price.

This service vendor should be your go to partner. Our 10 yr old above ground spa pump motor finally died. The service crew was right on time, efficiently swapped out the old with new and were very courteous.

He knows his stuff! I called Brett but he was to far to service my spa, but I told him what was going on, he knew immediately what was wrong with my spa. The gfci breaker that I had a electrician install, installed the neutral wire in the wrong place. So once I did what Brett told me to over the phone my spa works perfectly now. Thank you Brett, I’ve been trying to get this spa to work for over a year now. Your an angel!

Bret is outstanding and honest. We bought a used tub and unfortunately had issues at our house after moving it. He was quick to reply and did his best to come out and look at our tub. He didn't have the right part but came the next business day and got it fixed quick. We appreciate his time and knowledge of our Bajaspa and will definitely call him again if we ever have issues. He's a wealth of knowledge and super friendly also which is a major plus too. Thanks !!

We have been using Kutz Spa Service for a little more than a year. Brett and team, have been amazing in their knowledge, recommendations and keeping our old spa maintained, increasing its expected longevity. Recently, Brett experienced an unexpected oversight when servicing. He prioritized making sure that our job was completed in a timely manner (next day). This demonstration of job follow through was extremely appreciated and reinforced our decision to keep Kutz as our only vendor for our spa care. Would highly recommend.
