I’m highly upset and frustrated on how unethical and unprofessional this salon is. I got my lashes done April 8th, my lashes started falling the same day and second day after session. I contact the girl that did my lashes to correct them, she did schedule to correct the lashes that was fallen off. More than half was off, the same day she corrected my lashes I felt a lot of tension, it was watering a lot and it was stiff and hard. I’m a professional lash artist and I know when it comes to lash extensions lashes are suppose to be soft to touch. Same night I had to remove them because it was very painful and my eyes started to swell and was red. The morning after I contacted the owner and she refused to give me a refund and came up with excuses on why she can’t do anything about my issue, she offer to “fix” my lashes but there’s nothing you can do if someone’s eye is swollen and irritated that would further irritate my eye and possibly cause an infection. I spent $130 on my lashes for my bday and now I don’t have any because of poor quality and lack of customer service.

I was recommended this lash studio by a co worker. I moved to the kendall area and it was super convenient as far as location but I was not happy with the service. First time ever booking the tech did not show up and Kendra issued a refund, which sucked bc I needed my lashes for an event. Second time booking an appt I had Claudia do my set and it was beautiful but literally a day or two later my Lashes were falling. I contacted Claudia which she arranged to fix the issue but I was concerned as my lashes were not all lashed(I had a whole row of healthy lashes that could’ve been lashed and we’re not) As a lash artist myself when doing a FULL set you are aiming to lash all natural lashes and that was not done for me. I reached out to Kendra about this and she left my message on read and never addressed the issue. So being that not all my lashes were lashed by the time it was due for a refill I had nothing. I booked my refill ahead of time and paid the deposit so I wanted to give just one more try with this studio and again after my set was done within two days my lashes are falling again(also charged a fullset instead of refill) Since I am in the lash industry I know not to use oily products. I do not wear make up. So the issue was not with me. I was really hopeful they would workout for me but that wasn’t the case. NOW As for professionalism...my appt never started when it was booked for. I know it’s hard to eat in between clients bc Ive been there but you cannot take time away from your client. Also I think during covid eating a lollipop over my head and smacking your lips is unacceptable. The lash carts are messy and not organized. The girls all gossip and it’s throughout your whole session so be prepared to hear that versus relaxing. I would never come back again. I wouldn’t recommend. The work is beautiful but does not last. Hopefully things change for them.
