Shiva did my injectable treatment and was wonderful! She’s very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Karolina also helped me find some skincare that has upgraded my routine. She also does the best hydrafacials! My skin looked glowy and less congested after one facial from her I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone here is friendly I recommend for all your beauty needs 🙂

Los Gatos La ViE MD is Fantastic. I have previously been in for a different treatment (old location) but this was my first time getting Botox and Filler and was a tad nervous but Shiva made the whole process easy and painless. The whole staff is fantastic! The space is so welcoming and relaxing and the staff is beyond welcoming and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back to see them!

I just received an express hydrafacial by Karolina, and I couldn't be happier with the results!✨️? I have dry skin, so I was hoping to restore the moisture by getting a hydrafacial. Karolina thoroughly accessed my skin and asked about my skin concerns, and she recommended the best serums/treatments that should help with my skin needs. She was super professional and sweet throughout the whole process, making sure I was doing okay. Even though the session was a bit shorter than a regular facial(it's an express facial), I still love how my skin looks much more radiant and moisturized afterward. I'd definitely recommend getting a hydrafacial with Karolina- Her professionalism and passion for the skin really stood out, and you'll definitely get a satisfying result even after just one session! ?

I had been a customer for more than 8 years. The changes in management or ownership have completely changed the place and staff. I can’t believe I used to refer people here.

I felt uncomfortable with the number of sales and promotional texts and emails I was receiving and my requests to unsubscribe were ignored. I tried to cancel a appointment I had just made less than 24 prior because I didn’t feel like I trusted them to provide the requested service without trying to sell me more. I literally received a promo text on my drive to my appointment.

I was told I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee for not cancelling sooner. I explained I had literally just made the appointment and the reason for canceling. I was then told they did not feel comfortable performing the service if I did choose to come in to avoid the penalty charge. So I have to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment you are now refusing to uphold?

When I arrived at appointment receptionist was complaining about me to a postal worker in the parking lot. I was told there was no management to talk to because they were in India.

From start to finish, my provider showed an amazing level of knowledge, professionalism and care. What truly stood out to me was how she made me feel comfortable throughout the process, even though I had lot of questions for her. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.
