I had a massage w Lauren yesterday and the first thing I noticed was how attentive she was to what was going on w me and my body. Often times I feel during massage that the practitioner is going through “their” routine, instead of tuning into what my body is needing specifically. This is not the case w Lauren. It was such a pleasure to feel attended to in this way. She also continually made sure the pressure was good and I was comfortable all around. I could not recommend Lauren more highly. Lauren gives extremely personalized and therapeutic massages. She really takes the time to check in with you first to make sure she knows exactly what your body needs that day. I’ve had both gentle touch relaxation massages and deep tissue with her and it’s all super healing. It’s also a great deal for a personal hour long massage in Ojai.

Lauren, massage was simply the best I have had. I had a Deep Tissue Massage. Lauren tailored to the massage work with/around an existing back injury. Lauren is body wise she ensured pressure was appropriate to promote healing and also address other muscles participation in any general aches and pains. I could not believe how much attention was given in just over an hour. I recommend and I am going back for more.
