I like the lashes I got done there. Very affordable, flexible on timing. Renee always does a good job even when my lashes are so messy and thin. Good shape, holds much longer than the ones I got done else where in the area. I also very much like the meditative music she plays. Have been there for lashes three times now and has never been disappointed.

I think some people had bad experience because Renne is more like an old school Asian lady. She might talk too much or has some quirks that are different from the culture here. But as long as you tell her what to do, she really delivers. I was surprised by how nice the lashes looked when I got them done the first time. She really spent a decent amount of time and they look very defined. This time I aksed her last minute she said yes, worked over time for an hour and it's faster than the other ones but I still like them!

As a single mom who has been working in this area for more than a decade and still charge the same price, I think she is good at what she does. I aslo had massage before and liked it.

Timing might not be her best strength but she really does her best to listen to what you need.

Reasonably priced eyelash extension and the lady does a pretty good job. However I did notice my lashes fall off so much and didn’t grow back even after a few months. Questionable quality of the glue so probably won’t come back.

I really like this place. I keep coming here every 3-6 months for a facial and I leave my skin feeling so soft and rejuvenated every time. Renee is great, the facials and neck massages are so relaxing.
The only thing is that they don't speak great english there, so communicating with the staff is a bit tricky. They're not always available if you walk into the store, so I've had success by calling and making an appointment.
I keep coming back here because the price point is so good, and I honestly haven't enjoyed facials anywhere else.

I came to get my lashes done and this was my first time at this place. Renee did my lashes and they look gorgeous. She consulted with me which style I wanted and suggested what work best with my lashes. She spent time and attention to detail can be noticed. My coworkers and friends like how “natural” the extensions look. I still get compliments. Will most likely come back! Thank you Renee!

Please note that the massage place is a different entry. Le Juin Wellness is around the corner, second door to the right. I arrived to my massage appointment 10 minutes early and was locked out of this place’s door and no one was there to open it until 5 minutes after my massage appointment had started. Then I was late to my massage by almost 10 minutes by the time we started.

An idea to improve- please add a sign that says “for massage/acupuncture please use other door around the corner” as I was confused as a new customer with no one there. I thought it would be all one company and one entrance.

My massage with Rose was amazing 5/5 stars for her!

They do a good job with eyelashes. However, sanitation is sub par, non existent if we’re telling it how it is. I honestly feel disgusting after leaving that place. The woman who did my eyelashes did NOT wash her hands before, and you could smell smell the onion on her skin. I wanted to gag. Multiple times, she checked and texted on her phone, (and we all know how gross phones get even when you do clean them regularly) and proceeded to keep touching my face, nose and eyes! I wouldn’t be surprised if I get sick after that appointment. If it wasn’t for a pretty decent eyelash service, I’d give 1 star and call the health department. Although, now that I think about it, I’d rather pay a bit more and come out of the appointment without a disease. BRB, going to microban and sterilize my whole body.

First time visit yesterday, very good service. Raine performed an organic facial treatment on my face, and it is perfect!! Definitely will come back in the future.
