They charge up front. I waited 15 minutes the person who was going to do my massage took a different client since I already came and then called for someone else. To come in but no one for 15 more mins then I asked for refund and it took 20 more mins for them to refund me.

Note this was edited as I did get refunded. I do find it interesting that the owner didn't say a word to me at the time but then called me to tell me to edit this review.

Ummm can I just say Anna is amazing?! I called seeing if she took walk-ins. She prefers appointments but she had some time before her 11am and said if I came right away she could get me in for a 30-minute massage which is what I wanted.

Her card machine was down but there is a liquor store in the same parking lot with a nice owner that had an ATM machine that she directed me to. It was $40 for a 30-min massage.

She created such a relaxing space and the massage was incredible. She made me feel safe and relaxed which is exactly what I needed. She asked whether I wanted soft, medium or hard and I picked hard as I had just come from a chiropractic adjustment and it had been a while since I had a good massage and I certainly had some kinks that needed a bit more working out. She got ALL my knots lol it was the perfect compliment to an amazing adjustment. I feel amazing!

She offered me some candy at the end and even gave me a hug. Just sooo sweet and the most amazing energy.

I gave her a tip in cash as well and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend,

My biggest complaint or concern is when I realized she was not the one going to give me a massage. A male came in and took her place. No one asked me if I was okay with that.

I don’t know about that prior review because I’m not a woman but I just felt I needed to write this review because that last woman was so negative. I went to this place and I found the rooms to be very clean and warm. The staff was very professional and gave a very good massage. I would definitely recommend this place. But I’m still not sure about that last review, I enjoyed my time here. I was reading some of the reviews, especially the last review about tipping. When you go to a restaurant you tip? Of course you tip!! When you get a massage the person giving the massage works hard for. So why not tip? I personally think if you don’t want to tip, maybe you shouldn’t get a massage

The older male masseuse did a great job being respectful and giving a very firm massage as asked for. They do want payment before the massage and will badger you for a tip.

I had an excellent massage here today. Very soothing an relaxing with the right technique not to soft an not to hard. Very clean place. Hot stones were very comfortable . I will be coming back again.
