Dr. Croker listens and spends the appropriate time with you as a patient. I really appreciate her as a doctor and feel that I am in good hands. My only concern is that sometimes it takes more than a month to get an appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Croker for several years now. She listens to my questions and provides clear answers. She works with me to determine the right course of action for my health care. I personally give her a 5 star rating, the only reason for the 4 stars above has to do with the organization she works for, PAMF. It is difficult to get an appointment with my primary care doctor in a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Lindsay Croker was fantastic, I was very glad to see her rather than my GP due to my concern for an urgent health matter. Very professional and pleasant, I could not have been happier with the care provided from her. Sutter Health on the other hand, I find to be hot steaming garbage, but unfortunately, like PG&E, we have no other options, so either suffer from medical issues, or deal with terrible, terrible service and operations from Sutter Health. Sutter puts less than the least amount of effort into their processes, and just makes us deal with their ineffectiveness because what are we going to do? Go to someone else? Just like PG&E, we have no other option to compete for our business. I wish I had the luxury of refusing to fund this institution, but even though I despise them, I do want to live longer, and prolong/optimize my health, so I will jump through their stupid hoops until a better option is available.
For context, recently I was directed to have an MRI procedure, a month before the procedure. I show up the day of, and they give me a questionnaire. I complete the questionnaire, and they notice I reported having had metal in my eye at some point (Electrician). They advise me that I cannot have the procedure today, I need to go get an eye x-ray. While I agree with this, I don't want to be blinded from the MRI, WHY DIDN'T THEY GIVE ME THE QUESTIONNAIRE A MONTH AGO? They don't care about you, they never will, and that's they way it is. I never had the procedure, some things just aren't worth it. This is just an example, these types of issues are endless with them. Daughter needs a neurological exam, after being struck by a vehicle (she was a pedestrian). They told me it will be at least 10 months wait. I am now looking for healthcare on the San Jose side, Santa Cruz Sutter is a joke.
