I went to a boxing workshop here with coach Jaja and I cannot recommend it enough. She pays great attention and works with everyone there at every level. No matter if you've been boxing for a long time or you've never boxed or worked out in your life you will have not just a good workout but a good time with great people!

First of all, LIT From Within is the coolest one stop shop for self care, I have pretty much done everything on the list! I am obsessed with the classes, the staff, the vibe, everything is amazing. I have to give the biggest shoutout to the BEST DANG DEAL this wonderful place is offering... THE ORGANIC SPRAY TAN. I had my spray tan done last Thursday for a wedding I was in last Saturday. Jaz spent so much time detailing everything and making sure I looked like a bronzed goddess. Not too dark, not too light, just custom and perfect! It is now 9 days later and I'm still rocking this tan! Pay attention to the pre and post care recommendations and your tan will last and be gorgeous for much longer than most! Also, as someone who HATES overpowering scents, and needs good ventilation, she has it dialed in. There was no issues for me breathing while getting the spray tan, it was extremely well filtered and ventilated. Its organic, and good for your skin, I will never not go anywhere else for a spray tan.. Lastly, I got my teeth whitened and they looked sparkly and gorgeous too! Love this place and all they offer!

I absolutely love this place and the owners, Jasmine and Ashley! They offer tons of unique fitness and dance classes, including couples classes! They offer biofeedback, infrared sauna, spray tans, and teeth whitening. Their studio can accommodate events, photo shoots, and other promotional services. They also have the best events, e.g., game nights, comedy shows, etc. Check them out and tell them I sent you! ✨

Lit From Within is an exceptional yoga studio that truly stands out. The dance classes offered here are nothing short of amazing, blending creativity and fitness seamlessly. If you’re on vacation, pop in and take a class with some friends! The instructors display unparalleled skill and passion, making each session an invigorating experience. What truly sets Lit From Within apart, though, is the warmth of its staff. The welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly and supportive team enhances the overall sense of community. We rented this venue for my mothers 80th birthday and it was the perfect venue to entertain and Not to mention they offer services like teeth, whitening, airbrush tanning, infrared, sauna and much more. If you're seeking a place where wellness meets joy, Lit From Within is the perfect destination.

I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a beautiful yoga shala, a loving community, and great classes. Peach Power is a fun and tough glute strengthening class and Yoga Flow and Breathwork guides you through movement, balance, and breath. I loved the guided breathwork Savasana. They have all the props you need. I found parking on the street in front of the studio.

If anyone is looking for a beautiful but small intimate place to rent at a decent price for their wedding contact Ash and Jazz here because these ladies are so helpful with making sure a stressed out bride has the most perfect day! My husband and I had our needs met and were reassured by them constantly we just got married January and they helped to make me feel so much better. We had about 60-70 guests there and it was perfect for us. I recommend them for any special event you might have !

I have had multiple services from Lit. I started doing the infrared sauna twice a week over a year ago after a car accident. I continue to go twice a week for pain management. This is the only treatment I need. I no longer have to take any pain medication and as an added bonus, it helped regenerate my muscles that atrophied from months of inactivity. The biotherapy feedback chair helped tremendously to release tension, increase my energy and improve my general mood. I have also had 4 treatments of the ultrasound liposuction. I got fantastic results from that and am very happy to report I no longer have a muffin top! Looking forward to getting more of these treatments on my legs right before summer. I have also tried products they have available. I use my body exfoliating glove everytime I shower and I love the glow oil and relax balm. They have become staples in my skincare routine. I am over the moon satisfied with all services and products I have received from Lit and I will continue to be a patron for many years to come.
