Injured and bruised after a massage from here. I do not believe the "therapists" are licensed and/or properly trained. The pressure was extreme and lingered long in an area leaving deep bruises. They pressed directly onto and tried to crack my spine, both of which are unsafe. In this setting, with this level massage, and especially this lack of training there should be no touching the spine.

I will never be back to this location or this chain. I wrote to inform them of these issues and got no response. It all just shows there is no professionalism or accountability here and therefore they cannot be trusted, you are at risk of injury going here.

Maybe I'm tripping, but it seemed like they were more accommodating for boys than girls. I called to check availability for me and my guy friend and they told us to come in at 3pm. They put my friend and a random walk-in guy who came in after us in a room before me. Apparently if you get a foot massage you have to be in the community room. I requested a room since I undress for full body massage, but since I was going to combo with foot massage they wanted me in the community room. They dont do foot massages in the private rooms, so I scratched that and did the 30 min full body instead. They had me wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes, cutting it close to pick up my son from daycare. It was totally worth it, super bomb 30 minute massage for $30. Just some communicative issues as their English is limited. Also remember your on the clock from your appointment time start so hurry and get undressed and don't let them get distracted with talking.
