I spend more than 2.5 hrs for a mani and pedi. The owner could not follow my request she ended placing color that she wanted, my nails are uneven, this was the worst and shortest manicure in life. she was mad at her employees, telling them their mistakes in front of her customers .

I started coming here after a bad experience at a different salon. I have been very pleased with the work and the staff. They have great hours for the working gal, and the staff here is friendly and very honest about what their clients need. Its honeslty the first nail salon I have been to that doesn't just treat you like a number. They take their time and make recommendations. The owner also seems to really know her clients well who have been with her for years. I will continue to come here for my pedicures!

I love Lo Ann, Kross and Norma! I absolutely love their pedicures and overlay/acrylic nails. They are always very attentive, and flexible whenever there is a need. Obviously, I’ve been a happy customer. 😊

Been going here with/without my dad for the last year. Customer service is always great and my nails come out beautiful every time.

Update: here are my New Year Nails LoAnn did today. I have never trusted gel as I had a bad experience many years ago. This is my second set at her salon and they are flawless.

I was charged $45 for dip. And I tipped $5 so it was $50 total. All the lengths are different and there was no prep or manicure done. There’s dust under the dip so it’s not even all the nails are different sizes and shapes and lengths and some are crooked. There’s also glue and dust under the nail that was never cleaned off. I was waiting a while but I didn’t mind but she started someone else’s nails that just came in after I was waiting about 20 min. The lady was nice but definitely over priced and rushed. They just overall look pretty bad. I regret it

Super amazing service. They are very attentive to detail and so friendly. They make my daughter and I feel so welcomed whenever we go. It’s very clean and smells amazing.

I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The owner is very caring and attentive. I get my eyebrows done by her always! There was a time the wax was too hot and it ended up burning me. I let her know and she gave me instructions on what to do and I don’t even have a scar from it. I trust her🙌 they always have a good playlist on too😉
