Lola did a wonderful job waxing my eyebrows and face. I didn't have an appointment, but I only had to wait two minutes for walk-in service. She was friendly and thorough. Plus, she accepts Zelle for payment which is super convenient. Will definitely return!

She is the best, most convenient price in LA, she is sweet and really good. Is my second time and will come back.
Don’t buy the Groupon Just call for an appointment and she will make that price. Be sure to have cash.

Price is super important. Cheap doesn't mean the quality is terrible. I called a couple of places, and most of the haircut prices in LA are around $95. I only wanted to get rid of my damaged hair and simple haircut, but the experience I received here was beyond expectation!
I found this great deal and am HAPPY to get the result and new hair for New Year!
Here is some honest feedback!
1. I called the number for booking an appointment on Groupon twice and got no response, so I looked up their name on Google and called that number. I got an appointment on the same day.
2. There is parking in the area, so make sure to come a bit early to find it.
3. Make sure to make an appointment in advance. I was there at 12:30 p.m., and another customer waited for almost half an hour to get a haircut as well, so I feel bad about letting them wait. Another one came 15 mins and also gotta wait. So to save your time, call to make an appointment!
4. The lady (I forgot to ask her name) cut my hair nicely and asked questions to make sure to follow my picture with the length of my hair and how it came out.
5. After cutting, she also did blow dry with no rush while other people were waiting, so I felt super appreciated for it even though I paid through Groupon. Of course, I tipped afterward.

Lola is number one for pedicure and manicure she is very fast clean and good quality job I am with her for 20 years I drive 40 minutes to go I am very happy to have her

I had an appointment with Lida/Leeda(?), and when I arrived after spending $10 on transportation, I found out that she wasn't even there. So, PLEASE, double check with them on when your appointment is, especially if you got it off of Groupon. Very dissatisfied.

One of the stylists,not Lola,Armenian lady, was terribly mean to my son as I left for 1 minute.Made him cry.Not a kid friendly place or even friendly place at all!Argued about groupon discount too!
Probably friendlier to Russians!!!

IM A VIP COSTUMER THERE ALWAYS LOVING, GREAT PEOPLE, Great customer service they’re always nice and you can achieve your needs over there because they understand you and they do everything so you could look very beautiful I’ve never seen them be very rude so people who actually say they’re rude they’re wrong. No other Salon can charge you as much as they do which can be in your price range.
