The ladies are always so sweet and take really good care of you. My grandmother used to take me when I was little and even though it’s been a few years they still remember me like I was family. ? You can’t beat the price for the quality and service you get and their recommendations are always spot on. Cindy and Nancy are normally the ones that take care of me but all of the workers are lovely people.

My daughter and I have had a great experience both times we came here. The staff is very friendly and kind. They have beautiful music playing which really adds to a spa like feel. They are super clean and if you book an appointment, they are ready and willing to service you quickly. We will be back! A++++

I called in , today with wanting a quick fill in and change of color. They fit me in within 15 minutes walk in. My experience was more than needed. I got the sweetest person I believe her name was Cindy at the front. She was soft spoken , she gave me what I asked for and did the fill within 20 minutes . She was personable and didint make me feel so judged like other salons do. It felt homey and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you London nails

I really like them a lot. Usually nail places are very rude and just don’t care how the person feels. When I got to the door I was warmly greeted with politeness and compliments. Also while I was getting my nails done the nail tech kept asking me if I was ok. While other places will throw your hands around and not even care. I will definitely be going back ?

HORRIBLE experience. Came in for a color change, which I have gotten done numerous times at other places with no problem and always come out looking fresh and new.

Don’t know the man’s name who did them, but assuming Tom according to other reviews. Nails were worse before these photos, so you could assume how bad they were. Lumpy gel polish, I noticed he went over a mistake on my big toe instead of taking polish off and fixing his mistake, making it look horrible. Can see the clear polish is all the way to my cuticles but my white polish was not.

Very uneven and you can clearly see my old pink polish was not even taken off all the way. Polish is going over to my skin, they tried to say it’s because I got a color change and not a pedicure. Just trying to get more money out of people. I could have done a better job at home by myself.

Tried to have a lady try and fix them after Tom and they still came out looking horrible. And will not be returning or recommend. Had to go elsewhere right after to have polish taken off and fixed, now look great. Just goes to show that I do not need a whole pedicure for my color to come out looking great, unlike what they stated.

My friend had been to this nail salon one time. We were both past due for a pedicure so we decided to give it a try. It was the Best Experience I have Ever had at a nail salon. It was very clean and smelled really good. The people were nice and very polite. The scrub that was massaged into my legs exfoliated the skin and is still very silky to the touch, hours and hours later. I told my friend I'll be going back every two weeks. It was wonderful. I definitely give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
And this is coming from someone who Doesn't Enjoy the pedicure process.?

My feet were very tired and worn after 10 days of hiking and after my visit and pampering at London Nails I feel as good as new! Leanne ( I think that’s her name) took extra time and care with my pedicure. Salon is very clean and all the staff so friendly!
