This is the most affordable nail salon! For someone like me, I also like to go on a whim, so it’s great that they always do walk-ins! I have never had to wait at lovely, even when it is full! The staff is friendly and they always have something on the TV to watch! I’m almost always in and out within 30-45 mins

Lovely Nails (Florence, AL) is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They cater to who they want to and it shows! I used to go there all of the time until they started rushing EVERY SINGLE TIME I was in there. Now it's only gotten worse. Their attitudes are VERY bad and if I'm coming to spend my money with you and not causing any problems, I don't see an issue. I went in after I got off of work to get my toes painted, no pedicure or anything... already knew what color I wanted. A lady I've never seen before and wasn't familiar with came over and she confirmed what I wanted, I respond "Yes ma'am, regular polish.. nothing fancy" She sat there in confusion because she thought I had gel on my toes, I let her know it was indeed regular polish that I used at home but it has a gel look once it drys. She didn't seem to understand so I politely asked Paul (the owner) if he could come over so that she could better understand. He proceeds to cut me off mid sentence and say "NO! I'm not coming over there! I DONT DO YOUR NAILS! That's why I never do your nails! You're too picky!" I could have EASILY went from 1 to 1000 but instead I moved on to the next person. I wouldn't dare spend my money there again!!!!! If I had responded like I really should have, then I would've been in the wrong. Simply, Don't go here. Take your money to someone who is actually polite and isn't going to rush!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I paid $65 for gel nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was good but my gel nails look awful!! The lady who did my nails didn’t get the polish on all the sides of my nails so it already looks grown out. I have my wedding shower tonight and my bachelorette trip this weekend and just wanted my nails to look pretty. I will not be coming back!!!

Worst place ever. They might be the cheapest around and it shows their work is horrible. My daughter went in there today they were rude to her grabbing her hands and throwing them around. Talking ugly to her. She was terrified left crying and scared to death. I will be reporting this. She asked for French tip but red. This is half her nail red not the tips. Trash job

I'm not a very picky person so when I read the reviews I was apprehensive. I went there today, my first experience, and I thought everything was just fine. I'm satisfied with my nails and I would go there again. It didn't smell like BO. It was clean as most other shops. The staff was okay but we didn't converse much because I don't think she could speak English......ha!

After reading the mixed reviews, me & my sister went to get our nails done! We love our nails! Unfortunately, we were there during a storm & the power went out, but they still did them!

Update: I went in yesterday to get tips put on, and I'm so disappointed; experience was awful, nails look awful. I don't understand why it's so difficult to make sure the entire nail is painted. The owners are the only ones that can do nails properly. Everyone else needs to be retrained on painting. If I'm paying $40 for nails, they need to be pretty close to perfect. This is the first time I've been here in several months and I was reminded why I avoid going here in the first place. Go see AJ at Central Nails off of Savannah Highway!
