Krystal is amazing. I had been struggling with my skin for quite some time and her treatment was both effective and within my comfort. It’s easy to tell how much she genuinely cares about finding a solution to help you, while elucidating your skin concerns. Convenient and accessible communication is obviously a priority with her clients. I would highly recommend seeing her!

So I was originally hoping to have my procedure done by Dr. Parikh or Lieberman as I had consulted with them about it years ago, but was recommended to Krystal instead as she was available sooner and had handled many procedures similar to mine for them.

After discussing how she'd actually do it (which was different from what I expected due to advances in this area), I was skeptical the results would be as good, but was pleasantly surprised after realizing how quick it was and how great the results were after a few months (I was doubtful again the first few weeks or so, but she provided many assurances that things would improve, and they did).

During the initial and each followup appt, she was always patient and attentive to my concerns and thoroughly answered every question I had. As such, I wouldn't hesitate to see Krystal again for any other procedures she's able to do, and would highly recommend her to others as well.

Thanks again, Krystal for making a procedure that I'd been waiting nearly half my life to do such a success and almost pain-free experience!

Nurse Ginger is very knowledgeable and having me excellent treatment every time. I think I keep having Morpheus 8 with her around 2 years. My skin became so smooth. She is not only knowledgeable, but also kindness, gentleness and makes me feel comfortable. I was just curious and asked her about different treatment which she didn't recommend me because my skin will break out and get worse. That why I can trust her. This is only reason why I come from SF to here. She is 5 star nurse. I highly recommend L&P Aesthetics Palo Alto!

Doctor Parikh and the entire team at L&P Aesthetics are without par. I was hesitant at first but after consultation with Doctor Parikh I knew we had made the right choice.
He and Doctor Lieberman’s surgery was excellent and the follow-up by each member of the L&P team was truly outstanding.
Everyone on the staff are attentive to even the smallest detail, all the while, making the experience an extremely pleasant one.
Three members of the post op team that surely need mentioning are Dr Mirren, and Postoperative Lead Stacey Tentoglou and Hydration Nurse Leslie P. Each one took extra care to assure the healing process proceeded as expected and were always available answer questions as they arose.
For those reasons and many more we would whole heartedly recommend L&P Aesthetics to anyone considering facial cosmetic surgery.

I have been dealing with hyperpigmentation & uneven skin! I have tried all kinds of cream & medication but nothing seems to work until I met crystal @L&P! She took the time & explained different procedures that was designed to correct my issue! The day of the procedure she went above & beyond & took her time! She was so thorough!
