I love Magnolia Nail & Spa! I have been going here for about 2.5 years now and I have never been disappointed with my nails. I have had my nails done by every manicurist there and they are all great. I got my eyebrows waxed there and usually she does fine but this time she asked me, “just a clean up right?” I said yes and when she was done I saw she took off half of my left eyebrow. I didn’t have the gut to say it and still paid but when I got in the car I showed my mom and started crying. My mom was furious and went inside to talk to her and she came outside and didn’t give me a refund and said it looked fine and she didn’t take anything off.

Don’t let the” good” rating fool you. I came in here asking for French tips, I had to tell the guy basically how to do the French tips I wanted he didn’t understand and that was the whole issue no understanding, had to settle and get these which I didn’t want and they are horrible,bulky and different uneven shapes. also he cut my cuticles. Then when I brought up I was a unsatisfied customer, they were speaking in their language and were laughing. Please learn how to value, treat and resolve the issues for your customers.

My daughter and I have been coming to Magnolia Nails since we moved to the area around 3 yrs ago. We both regularly see Bella and Henry is our go-to if Bella happens to be unavailable when we want come in. Both are wonderful at what they do!!! They listen to what you want and deliver every time. I am hard on my hands and like my dip nails to be very short and natural looking. My daughter keeps hers longer and a more fashion forward shape and we both love our nails! Finding someone who cares that you get just what you’re looking for is rare in my experience, so we are both very grateful we found Magnolia Nails!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’ve been going to this salon for a few years now, and really love all of their services. The owner, Bella, is amazing. Don’t believe any of the bad reviews. Every member of the staff will try to make you happy and give you excellent service. Just tell them exactly how you want your manicure. My mom, daughter, and I all would get different services. Dip, gel, acrylic. Sometimes tips. Even designs - but every design has been simple. Everything has always been beautiful. And the pedicures!! Amazing. Splurge for the Volcano - you won’t regret it. I even broke my toe 2 years ago, and my nail is still growing back. Henry gives me a fake toenail that has even helped my real nail. I’ve showed my foot doctor, and he said it was well done. I think I covered everything. Bottom line, if you are looking for a salon with great service and attention to cleanliness give Magnolia Nail and Spa a try!!
