I had an amazing experience at Manecave! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly professional. My barber, RAUL, was attentive and really listened to what I wanted. He took their time to ensure every detail was perfect, and the end result exceeded my expectations.

The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe. I also appreciated the friendly conversation—it made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a quick trim or a completely new look, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

Shared a photo of the haircut i wanted to jose and instead of getting the cut i requested which was basically short sides with a fade, squared on the back and textured top but long fringe, he gave me a “fresh out of boot camp” haircut. He also didnt show me the mirror while cutting my hair the entire time till the very end and didnt ask what length i wanted my hair etc etc. Just took a look at the photo and then proceeded to say “eh not my problem” in his head or something. The only thing he did right was square the back of my head. He’s not a bad guy but if he didn’t want to or couldn’t give the me cut I requested then he should have told me to go somewhere else instead of messing my next month up with a bad cut
Btw: i told him i wasnt happy with the cut especially where my fringe “was” and instead i was given excuses to why he cut it shorter without telling me beforehand.
Edit- I would like a refund and unfortunately as much as im sure its hard to believe a stranger compared to your employee taking simply his word should not be the only thing you require to sort a dispute, i was very specific about what i did and did not like. And i was given an excuse which it seems he did not mention about my hair having dead ends, which I know i had bleached ends, however he cut of significantly more than just the ends and id say probably an extra 4 inches. And because of this as much as I appreciate the offer to fix my hair im rather worried with how short it is any touch up would just make it worse. And while you are correct about the “boot camp” cut its being used to signify how drastically short my hair is compared to the photo i gave him as reference.

My husband was in a wicked rush to a family visit and needed to get his hair cut in a hurry. Called here and they took him no appointment last minute booking. He was out in 15 minutes, haircut looking great and wife approved. Also fairly priced with attention to detail. They didnt make his sideburns non-existent, I hate that! Definitely making this the go to barbershop!

He totally got it and gave me one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. He is friendly, professional and welcoming. Ricardo did an amazing job with my haircut and made suggestions to my liking. The haircut was precise and stylish, he made sure I was comfortable with the haircut.
