This was less than satisfactory! Mel herself was nice… but When I called I said I wanted a no chip pedi and a gel fill. When I got there, she did my nails and toes. She did not bake them like in a no chip. When I asked. She said they don’t do no chip on toes because they only have one machine and they don’t want use the hand one on feet.. she should have told me that when I called. She told me she gave a normal pedi. I asked if the pedi was going to hold up, she said shouldn’t be a problem, if so..call and I’ll fix them. I called later than afternoon because BOTH my big toes smudged. She did offer to fix. However time didn’t work with my work schedule, so I decided to let it go. Also like to mention, she did the nails very far from the cuticle, looked like I had them for a week right after I got them done. Next, a large chunk on right right thumb peeled off, then a little more and finally the rest came off . I did call and leave message 6 days after I got them done when this happened with thumb nail also. She never called me back. Long story short….. she didn’t tell me when I called that she couldn’t do what I wanted… she did them way too far from cuticle, looked like I had them for a week on day 1…both toes smudged day 1, color peeled off thumb nail day 5, Called day 6….. with no return call… not to mention, some of the nails were not smooth, just kind of lumpy in some spots.. I will NOT being going back to this salon

Let me just say rarely do I leave reviews but Mel is absolutely amazing!! This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done and 100% loved them. They are perfect, I showed her a picture and she worked her magic. If you’re as picky as me when it comes to your nails, this is your girl!!

We were on vacation from Atlanta when my twin daughters decided they wanted their first highlights. I found myself at Mels for the highlights for the girls and haircuts for the whole family. I was very pleased with the service and it was reasonably priced. These folks are friendly and available. I appreciate them.
