I have been going to mermaid nails for almost two years now. Every time I go in I feel welcomed by the staff which are amazing. The salon is spacious and relaxing which makes it a perfect setting for a spa/me day. After all my appointments I leave with a huge smile on my face because my nails always come out the way I imagine or even better. I get compliments whenever my nails are done which is a huge thank you to Rosie. She is patient with the designs I come in with and very focused with every detail. The pedicure service done by Hanna is spectacular, she takes her time and keeps everything clean. Definitely book with mermaid nails, you wont regret it.

This business is nothing short of amazing!! From Tu, scheduling me so quickly. To, the reminder text for your appointment. Have an idea of what you want already?! No worries Tu allowed me to send pictures so they can have everything ready for my appointment. Hanna, did my pedicure and she is very gentle yet, thorough! She did an amazing job. Rosie, did my shape and color. She saw the colors in the picture and did exactly what she saw! The shape and her delicacy was phenomenal. I found my new place!

Mermaid Nails provided a professional and excellent customer service. I am very happy with Rosi (she did my pretty peach pink color 012 almond shape acrylic gel nails) and Hanna (did the deluxe pedicure with the jasmine scrum and lotion it smelled so nice!) I loved the foot massage so much needed! I got a full set. The Salon is very safe and clean. The background music that was playing was so relaxing that I took a nap!

I highly recommend Mermaid nails! Will definitely be going back!

I moved to this area last year and had been looking for a new nail salon for quite some time. Each salon I found either had poor manicurists or excessive wait times, even with an appointment. I was so pleased to find Mermaid Nails, their work is the best I’ve ever had, they are always extremely punctual and I’ve never waited for my appointment, and Rosie’s nail art is incredible. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and this is the best salon I’ve ever been to.

This is the best place to get your nails done on the Monterey Peninsula. The shop is owned by a husband and wife who provide high quality and consistent service. They are friendly and the ambiance is welcoming. They do appointments only, so it’s never overly busy and there is never a wait time. I go to Rosie every 4 weeks and my nails are always perfectly shaped, smooth, well polished. She also does amazing designs and provides all the latest nail trends. I get tons of compliments on my nails and am always happy with the outcome. I will never go anywhere else.

Clean, Tranquil, and Spa like environment- to the point where you can fall asleep while enjoying your pedicure. Bring your ideas of how you want your nails to look and Rosie will transform them into a masterpiece. She even takes the time to give you suggestions on how to improve the quality to keep a long lasting work of art until your next appointment and beyond.

Customer service is amazing. Tu, Rosie and Hanna make you feel valued, but in my experiences - like family. I highly recommend Mermaid Nails for your nail care needs. I’ve been going to them since the beginning and have never been disappointed.

My sister and I both received gel manicures and pedicures. We called ahead to make the appointment. They also send text reminders and confirmations. This place is amazing. Each technician took their time and did a fantastic job. All employees were following COVID-19 regulations and there was only 3 clients allowed in the salon at one time. This place is fabulous so clean and relaxing. I cant wait to go back again and get another wonderful spa day experience. 100% recommend and will go again 🙂
