I had a truly excellent experience today with Dr. Waibel and her medical assistant Cristina. From the moment I arrived, Cristina was warm, attentive, and professional. She made me feel comfortable right away, explained every step of the process clearly, and ensured everything was ready for my visit with Dr. Waibel. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency were very much appreciated.

Dr. Waibel was outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered my questions with patience, and provided clear, thoughtful guidance. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

I went in yesterday for a new patient consult for my eczema and met with Dr Jill Waibel and Gabi. I was interested in seeing what laser treatments might help my skin but they ended up starting me on Dupixent, which my mom has been curious for me to try for a while. They were very eager to help me and make sure I got medication to improve my skin. I have seen a lot of doctors in my life, and I appreciated Dr. Waibel’s experience & desire to help. We did wait a while for my appt but it is the holiday season and I had just called that day & was able to get it booked last minute, so overall it was fair. The office is brand new and nice. Hoping my new meds help!

I brought my daughter from Louisiana to Miami to see Dr. Waibel for laser treatment after trauma from dog bite to the face. As a physician, I asked colleagues and did research before coming. Dr. Waibel was everything we hoped for and she did a great job with my daughter’s laser. There was no need for general anesthesia. There was no excessive wait time to see the doctor. Everything was done in a timely fashion and very well coordinated. We will be back for more treatment.

Everything was absolutely 💯 fantastic, from the time I walked in the front reception area and I was warmly greeted by the receptionist at the desk. I arrived on time and expected my appointment to be on time. I was taken to the treatment room to complete the paperwork and I did it fairly quickly. I signed the necessary forms and thought I was ready for the procedure. I waited 2 more hours until my surgery was done. Essentially, we arrived at the office at 10:50 a.m. as directed and I was not called back to! Room for 3 hours. Then another hour of preparation and paperwork. Then the doctor, who I believe is absolutely the best in all of South Florida, arrived and the procedure was done in 25 minutes. Everyone was courteous and kind, but the WAITING AND WAITING was far beyond my belief. Great office, staff, doctor, BUT 3/4 of a day for a 40 minutes procedure is a bit over on the WAITING TIME.
