Let No Man

I had a little trouble finding the place. I could not tell if I had to go to the side of the building or the front. The only thing that helped was the word barber. It wasn’t until I pulled up closer that you could see the actual name of the place.

The people there were cool as heck though. Great & real conversation.

The place is small to me, but it works.

With the pictures I’m providing, the customer reading my review needs to understand that I had to come home wash & condition my hair (to get rid of excess hair in hair & on face & in ears) & use styling mousse after the cut for the style seen in the provided pictures.

Normally when I get my hair cut I can style it two separate ways, but in this case I can only style it one way. Usually I can add water & rub my fingers through my hair from front to back, but with this cut I can’t because this cut makes my hair around my cow licks look weird (like stick out). With this cut I was able to use conditioner & styling mousse & brush my hair from back to front or back to side to get the style seen in the pictures provided. I also had to manipulate my hair to create my curls at the front of my head as a decent outline. The design though decent is not as creative as I expected it to be. I was looking for a wow factor as far as design, which I did not feel I received.

I’m out in public quite a bit so compliments from passerby will indicate if the cut with my styling efforts is a success. (I usually gage success in my cut by how much I like it & how many people stop me & compliment me.) If people stop me & ask oh my God I have to know who cut your head yes success. When I come to a barber that is the kind of cut I’m looking for. I want to cause traffic accidents as well as like it. I want to have something unique that not too many people see. So we will see.

This barber shop is pretty busy. I would suggest an appointment. Walk-ins have longer wait times. Dropped my nephew off and he didn't get in the chair until 4 hours later. The barbers are nice and the atmosphere is also pleasant. Again I suggest an appointment. Although the promote & accept walking in. Appointments are prioritized. There weren't many available barbers just waiting to or expecting walk-ins. They don't open until 9am and walk-ins are served on a 1st come basis in between scheduled appointments.

Walked in and was seen by Clyde right away. He asked what I wanted and we discussed the haircut and style before he started. Atmosphere was great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Make sure you have plenty of time. He takes his time and pays attention to all the details before he's done. He isn't the type of barber that will rush you through so he can take the next person. He is focused on the quality of his service. Fantastic hair cut and straight shave, I couldn't be more pleased. I have only good things to say about Clyde and this barber shop. I'll be stopping back.

In town for only a few weeks so I had to find a barbershop to hold me over. The service was great! I had no complaints. There's not too many barbershops where you can tell a barber how you want a cut and close your eyes and open them and it's what you want. I would HIGHLY recommend without hesitation!

I was in town, and was recommended to this barber shop by a buddy of mine. I made an appointment with Mike and the haircut is honestly the best haircut I've had in my entire life. He took his time and was very professional. I truly appreciate it and I will be back next time I am in town!
