I just moved to Birmingham a few months ago. I recently tried sugaring at another establishment and was left with patches of hair that grew back very quickly. Unhappy with those results, I began looking elsewhere for my waxing needs. I typically find that smaller waxing facilities pay better attention to detail and this was definitely my experience with Mila. Right from the start she gave great customer service. She fit me in on a Sunday after hours to accommodate my busy residency schedule. The waxing itself was relatively painless in comparison to other waxing I have had, and I haven't found a single stray hair yet! She was very professional and her products smell amazing! I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs!

I love love LOOOVE Mila! (I'm almost hesitant to rate her because she's so great and I know this is going to make the harder for me to book an appointment when others discover her talent) I've been seeing her for years! when she left an upscale spa to open her own, I went with her. listen, this woman is the reason Ive had multiple people guessing I'm in my 20s when I'm in my 4Os. She makes my face look at *least* 10 years younger. She can work with your needs for acne & aging.. remove all the peach fuzz and dead skin skin cells gently.. and apply whatever creams or peels my face needs to turn back the clock. She cares about her clients and is great at assessing exactly what treatment your skin needs. I've seen her for waxing of various areas, dermaplan, brow tint and shaping , facials/peels.. and more. I used to be nervous about sensations or temporary reactions to treatments, but I could always call or text her and she'd respond quickly to answer my questions and concerns. she restored my confidence long ago and continues to do so every time I see her.

The staff and the service, simply amazing. The owner us very friendly and helpful. Denise was massage therapist and she was able to help relieve my neck and shoulder pain. This would be my go to for a relaxing day and beauty needs if only I lived here. If you haven’t yet, check them out!!!!
