Notice how the owner only chimes in when he gets negative reviews and instead of trying to rectify the situation, he gets his Habibi feels hurt and insults you. So you finally read my review, nice. What is the point of having a cell phone if you can't even keep it charged to take calls? You don't have an appointment system in place and you don't answer the phone. You're outdated my guy. You drive a really nice car and can't shell $20/mo for a phone lol. It's the same cost if not cheaper than a cell phone. The only time I see your face is when you try and have a presence at the local La Verne Trunk or Treat. And believe me, I make sure to let everyone know your place sucks and recommend other places. It's been a while since I've been there and forgot about my bad experience but you just had to call yourself the bigger man. I was a loyal customer who got ignored. Like yourself, I'm a busy person and there was no way to reach you or anyone else. I'm not about to drive out there without an appt and have to wait. My experience and review that follows is completely justified. I hope you change this and adapt with the times, my friend. There are plenty of much nicer barber spots where I would gladly pay more to not have my time wasted like I did with you.

The irony that you said to call you when your shops don't even have a dedicated phone line and don't charge the designated cricket cell phone is the cherry on top, sir.

I’m looking for new barbershop and I just walked in to the shop what I ask if I could do my hair but the guy who’s an Arabic he has attitude very weird and denied to cut my hair. I don’t recommend it. He’s very not welcoming person so I decide to walk away.

Went to get my beard done you can obviously see the trash work that they did!!! I was told” I thought this would be better? “ They don’t care what you ask for even though you have pictures they still do what they want with your face avoid this place at all cost! I have a wedding to go to and now I have to shave my whole face I hate this place

Very friendly Barber Melissa Ochoa is the best very friendly love her hair cuts does my son's hair to perfection her fades are the best great costumer service she can also fix a haircut that was cut horribly from another barber she also does designs my son never had a complaint. Gets compliments from random people asking him who cuts n fades YUR hair

This review is long over due. I used to come here because of the great haircuts Romeo would provide. Not only were his cuts and beard trims the absolute greatest without a shred of DOUBT, he was also a very kind and grateful person. I've been calling the shop seeing if Romeo was available for over two months now. Not only did they string me along and beat around the bush, the don't even have a land line. It's a cell phone the shop uses. Red flag for a shop who's owner drives a flagship BMW and can't drop a few bucks a month for a dedicated landline. I'd call the La Verne shop to see if they could get a hold of Romeo when their cell phone was dead. I was told, I'd just have to drive out there and find out if he's there.... What great customer service and show of consideration for your customers time. I digress... I called once again today, trying to schedule with Romeo. Lo' and behold, they finally answered and of all the rare occurrences that they finally decided to charge their Nokia 3310, the lady who answered said "Nope he's on vacation 100%" and hung up not even giving me a chance to see if they had availability. Absolutely rude. The newer girl is terrible at cutting hair. She doesn't even know what a mid fade is. Don't go here, they're outdated, overpriced for what the talent there is now without Romeo. There are better shops out there. It's a shame. I've been coming here for over 2 years now with min tips of $100. Cya MJs, or should I say, Romeo.

Great barbers , bad ownership. You will be charged $1.49 service for paying with card. No fresh towels or laundry service in the place for barbers to keep fresh towels. Waiting chairs are zero comfort and prices and hours change whenever owner feels like it even tho he's never there. No AC in summer and this is not a place. Slum lord /owner seems to be the problem here. And the old Asian woman that can't cut hair for $%!*, the rest do great work here. Expect to pay $20 a tip for kids and $30 for adults with tip (10-15%)
