I have had nothing but exceptional experiences at my clinic. Dr. Chase, in particular, has been outstanding. She has consistently provided honest and straightforward guidance, working with me on every aspect of my health. How is their admin this bad? The VA has faxed over the referral 4 times over the course of a month and not one call from Montage to establish care. I called 3 times and left messages about the referral and no call back. This is very basic stuff, handling referrals.

Facilities are clean, accessible and professional. Dr. Chick is attentive, asks detailed questions and responds quickly to messages through MyChart. The wait for lab services is very breif and all employees are friendly.

David and another women either named melody or melony I can't remember but they are FANTASTIC. I've been to multiple blood labs done due to pregnancy but this location definitely has to be my favorite. Both of these staff members were so kind and caring and repeatedly checked to make sure I was okay throughout my multiple hour stay. I hope whoever their boss is realizes what gems they are and is taking good care of them because they deserve it. If you're going here to get blood work you can't go wrong coming here especially if you get one of those two.

I really like Dr. Carmen but hate the way the office is managed. Was asked to complete online check-in the day before my visit which I did. This morning I was asked to do this again. I was told I needed to arrive 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment which I did. 30 minutes later I was still waiting to be called back. Once back in an exam rooom I was asked the same questions I answered twice in the online check-in, then informed tge doctor would see me in 20 to 30 minutes. That's over an hour from when I was told I must arrive to ensure my appointment wouldn't be canceled. This place has zero respect for the time of their patients.

I don’t know why I do not find a new dr.? Dr Jesudason and the office staff are just horrible. I am 54 yrs old, I have been to several different doctors in my past. Never have I have experienced anything like them.

Dr McGlue is great and I’ve had good service from the PT downstairs. However they are pretty bad about getting referrals since I’ve been waiting months on some.

Their phone number takes you to an emergency line. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment. They hung up on me. They can't even provide up to date info on their website or a virtual way to make an appointment. Very outdated and unprofessional.
