I showed up 10 minutes after opening and waiting in line behind two guys as it is first come first serve. My hair cut was very fast without being rushed, as there were 3 guys behind me in line. I got the current style of short on sides long on top with a line cut in on one side and small fade on other. Was as good as the Paul Mitchell salon I've gone to but even faster. I think the guy's name was Ed or Abe and he was friendly and fun to talk to. I moved to Simi Valley within the past month and did my research to come here as he was $17 instead of $30 for a place as well rated as this. I will come again and know it's really hard to find a haircut place you can trust. Expect some waiting (20 mins) unless you figure out a less busy time of day here.

These guys are friendly and nice. Such a good place to go for a haircut. They definitely take care of their equipment. Everyone that goes here knows there good too that's one of the best parts

I will definitely never be back to this place. I really think the guy that cut my hair today had no license. He completely destroyed my hairline its honestly the worst haircut i've ever gotten in 30 years. The man Multiple times used his arm hair to test the sharpness of the razor and even cleaned my neck with the hose of a vacuum cleaner?!?! ED why are you on vacation and leaving your shop with people that look like you found them on the street?!?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Abe is the man! We’ve been coming here since my boy’s first haircut when he was 2 and now he is 10!! I just realized we’ve never written a review? He won’t go to anyone else. When we’ve tried someone else out of convenience it’s never been a good experience. Only Abe! People will ask me all the time where I take my son because they love his hairstyles so much (;

I get my hair cut here every few weeks and the quality is always excellent. This is a small business owned by a local man. The price for a hair cut is around $17.00 which is a little pricey by some standards but, you get what you pay for. I will continue coming here as long as it is open. This business shares a parking lot with many other stores but there are always open spaces and he is usually not too busy in the afternoons.

I was recommended to try this place from a friend who is a regular. I have had bad luck finding a good Barber and tired of the "appointment only" shops in Moorpark. What ever happened to just walking in and getting a haircut. I can honestly say Abe is one of the best Barbers I have been to. The shop is nothing fancy with an old school feel to it. I can't comment on the other Barbers that work there, I am sure they do good work to.
It's worth the drive for me to drive to Simi and get a haircut. If you need a quality Barber, go see Abe.
